This is a gorgeous place and you wouldn't expect from the title of it to walk in and find its a dedicated Marilyn Monroe cafe. It has her memorabilia and posters all over the walls. This cafe does the best milkshakes i have ever tasted. My kids are always begging to go there as they come in the massive old school styled glasses they are made with real ingredients and really taste soooo good!! Beautiful cafe and defiantly worth a visit if you like Marilyn Monroe.

This is one of my favourite cafes and I have been going for a couple of years on weekends now. Very rustic. Good atmosphere particularly if you are dining alone. Very interesting Marilyn Monroe decor. Good wholesome food with healthy options on the menu. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere which permeates the diners as people are friendly toward one another. A great pity it is not open in the evening. I would go here for a quick cheap casual dinner with friends quite regularly if it was open in the evening to get away from those quick pasta places. Highly recommended

Approximate cost: $15

A brilliant cafe for any Marilyn Monroe fan. A really relaxed place, filled with Marilyn memorabilia including pictures on the walls and books on the tables. They also make beautiful hot chocolate. And then you can go for a walk down Brighton Beach!

Approximate cost: $10

This is another one of our favorite haunts on a Saturday morning. We absolutely love this place, the decor, the rustic feel and of course the Marilyn shrine on their walls. lots of seating, great location, and an amazing selection of cakes which you can also buy at twisted treats on Brighton Road. Only downfall is their coffee isnt that great and the service staff can be or look quite unhappy, but not all are bad. apart from that, its a great little cafe! highly recommed!

This cafe has delicious food served in a traditional way. Good bacon, free range eggs and organic options on the menu. They are usually fast with their service and we are yet to have a dud meal there :) Plus it's a lovely location on a sunny day.
