Pensioners hold Health Care Cards which normally exempts them from charges by doctors' surgeries. Not with this practice. These people want $50 from every pensioner that attends. Every time. So, If an elderly person has to visit their doctor a couple of times a week, that is one hundred dollars out of their pension. These people should be ashamed.

One of the only bulk billing (for children and concession holders only) within my area. Since renovations this year, the practice is more organised and spacious. It's unfortunate that they don't operate on Sundays or on public holidays. I have found the nurses and Doctors professional to deal with and they actually take the time to answer all your questions without pushing you out the door

The Medical Centre is great. The staff and the Doctor's there, are fabulous and very professional. I have been a patient there for 6 years. I can not say anything bad about them. I have had great support, from them every time I go. very caring people.

This has to be the worst Medical Centre on the Central Coast!

I came in on a MONDAY with something (a piece of dirt) in my eye, that I wanted a doctor to wash out.

There was NOBODY in the waiting room.

The receptionist at the front desk said said that "We only work by appointments, and the closest appointment was WEDNESDAY."

Absolutely useless.

If you need an Appointment at all, then you do not need a GP as it really is not that important obviously!

They really need to stop this unrealistic Appointments nonsense, and treat people as "first come, first served". Just like they do in Hornsby, Sydney CBD, Maroubra & all other other Medical Centres in Sydney.

Your best best is going to Gosford Hospital, Emergency.

I totally Agree with you! They are TERRIBLE. I had to literally scream at them this morning, for them to see my baby who had a raging temperature.

They misdiagnosed him. Said hes fine and come back tomorrow. he was NOT fine. I got a second opinion. He has a throat infection and had to get antis.

Go to the doctor next to Westpac in Umina and ask to see Betty Chen. She is by far one of the best docs I have ever been to.
