Tuzzle is a great online platform to report unfair business practice. Bought a product online and received the broken items. When contacted the company about it, I was told it was in good shape when it left their premises and therefore its not their fault and there is nothing they can do about it.
I Tuzzled the company and within a short period of time, they refunded me the money, thanks to Tuzzle.

Tuzzle is one of the greatest online consumer help I have ever come across. I made a purchase online, when the items arrived, they were mismatch. When I contacted the company to rectify the issue, they told me to go and buy some screws and fix it myself. I replied and told them that I can't do it myself due to my pregnancy. When I asked for a replacement of the items or to refund my money. There was no reply for months. I Tuzzled the company after no response. They then contacted me and advised that they will refund the money if I remove their name from Tuzzle directory.
