The food was excellent and the customer service was great. Lots of great options to choose from. Amazing

very good experience overall they have great customer service and they treat you very well. it’s very unique and has a lot of options to choose from, food was more than great and was a funny experience as well which separates this restaurant from others. even got a little tour and backstory of the workers and restaurant which gives me more of a positive feel to the restaurant and gives a more of a stronger feel to the place. 10/10 would recommend and definitely gonna come back.

5/5 . Food was AMAZING!! Entertainment was equally AMAZING! First time here with my partner and 2 kids and we LOVED it! Steven (the manager) was knowledgeable and accomodating and took us for a tour of the restaurant at the end and we even got to feed the fish! Our chef (Young) KILLED the cooking… we will definetly be coming back. Worth every cent - and even took our leftovers home with us Nothing but positive vibes for Tokyo Teppanyaki!!

I hardly have Teppanyaki and I definitely missed it after I had this! It's a really great experience and the staff here are awesome too.

SO MUCH FUN! the food is incredible and the chefs are next level. Such a fun thing to do on Chapel street to finish the day. Recommended for sure.

I recommend most of the dishes on the menu. Super delicious. Can be busy so I would recommend booking ahead especially if it's a big table. A little on the expensive side

I won't be going back. We paid $55 for 2x small sushi plates and a large sake. We has ordered more food but waited 50 minutes for the rest to arrive for a lunch sitting and had to leave as it was nowhere near ready after waiting so long. The staff apologised but there was no offer to take a percentage off the bill and my suggestion that they should was ignored. The sushi itself was not enjoyable as the pieces were very small and the rice tasted gluggy. Very disappointing. Furthemore, the restaurant door grates on the floor each time it is opened and closed which really is unsettling for an enjoyable meal. With prices above average for Japanese food, I feel there is enormous room for improvement.

Been here a few times, the place is great nice atmosphere and decor, dimmed lighting. I had a really good time with friends from work as they'd never been before. Loved the food, loved the service. IT's not cheap but its worth it

Our first teppanyaki experience and we had a great night. The focus was on the food so there was an excuse for the slightly slow drink service. However, overall just a fantastic, fun experience with excellent food.
