*UPDATE: I originally complained about the service but ordered take-away from here recently and it was ready very promptly. I haven't been game to try delivery again but the takeaway was great!*

The Thai food is nice but the service has just been too slow! I've given up on this place after about 5 visits and consistently slow service. We made the mistake of getting delivery once and it took 1.5 hours! We rang twice to chase it up and were never warned it would take so long and never apologized to. Even getting a takeaway in store we've had over a half hour wait and when there are so many Thai places around it's just not worth the wait.

I love eating here, it has to be my favourite restaurant in Newcastle and the best Thai I've ever had. The meals are delicious especially the duck!

Service was a little slow, room for improvement. Food was OK, not the best Thai I've had. It's also BYO. Ok for anight you can't be bothered cooking, but I wouldn't eat there for a special night out
