I had inquired about attending classes, and was disappointed to have to leave several messages on a voice mail before someone returned my call over a week later.

When my call was returned the attendant could not answer my questions and was again going to call me back when she spoke with her superior and again no one called me back.

I had to call several times again only to be treated very rudely by Celest the lady in charge who could not accommodate or fit me into classes that were already purchased in advance and given to me as a present, and as a result I asked for my money back. She has agreed to return my money however it was not without an appalling attitude again when she slammed the phone down in my ear.

I feel I had every right to request my voucher be refunded after receiving such bad service and also considering they sold classes that were not actually available.

The experience I have had with Soul Pilates has been appalling, our family lives in Albert Park and uses the MSAC facilities a lot and have always been very happy with the service until now. Soul pilates reflects poorly on the MSAC organisation
