Payed them to install a 1.9kW system in WA and I have to say they have very very bad customer service. They lied to keep me waiting with one excuse being "We're sorry but your order was sent but a wheel fell off the train and delayed it".
Eventually 1 month late and having me calling them weekly they finally had the system arranged and working.
The electrician they used is the best I've seen and the equipment is good but if you deal with them - don't except any level of customer service.

Got a 27 panel solar power system installed by them 2 and a half months ago. Very easy to deal with and very happy with how it's working. I have already recommended them to my family.

Solargen installed 3 kW for us at Killcare NSW. They are a courteous well organised outfit despite having volumes of work. Materials were very good, even the local energy retailer got a surprise from the PV output. One thing though, if you have a brittle fibro or concrete tile roof check it before the guys leave. I had a cracked tile from a dropped tool and didn't learn about it until after the first time it rained hard. :-( ... still, can't be annoyed by it.

I come from Garah, NSW and had a 10kw system installed by SolarGen. They were very professional and knew the answer to every question i asked them. The product was high quality from the research i did and i had the installation occur within 8 weeks of placing my order. If your considering solar these guys are worth looking at.

Approximate cost: $49000

I live in NSW and had a SolarGen system installed 3 months ago. The panels works very well and they were very knowledgeable every step of the process. They even did all the paperwork for the rebate for me.

Since enquiring about how to use Solar Generated Power with Marcus Denning, Operation Manager of Solar Gen, I believe this is a win win situation for myself and the Federal Government. By having the solar panels installed on my roof and the necessary inverter equipment fitted, I expect my electicity costs will be reduced considerably. I am having my Solar Equipment installed next month.

Approximate cost: $13000
