I just had a clear skin facial as I had badly congested skin. So many blackheads especially on my nose but also chin and cheek area. Pain was bearable, still painful but always is on the nose area. Rest of face ok. I recently had a facial elsewhere and not only was I told I didn't have blackheads but my skin was NOT cleaned!
At Toowong with Vasha/hope that's spelt right my skin actually looked CLEAN!!! At only $65 with a back massage/1hr I definitely think not only money well spent but EXCELLENT value.I will be a regular customer from now on. Anyone needing a facial try Toowong Shehnaz Beauty. Went to this place a couple times now but feels it getting worse. The first time I went there was during their new open time and thought give it a go. It was not bad, price is very reasonable and the manager seems friendly but not too sure about my recent visit. I asked for a eye brow wax but the lady did threading instead without asking my consent. It was very painful and I don't like how she put the thread into her mouth then put it back on to my eyebrows... Feel a bit uncomfortable. Also would suggest they can be more professional and business like. I didn't like other therapists walks into my treatment room and started a chat with my therapist while I'm getting my body waxing done. I don't think I will go back again. Very inconsistent service.

I thought I'd try this place as they have just opened up. I wanted some waxing done and it seemed inexpensive. The service was good as I was able to walk in without an appointment. However, I left feeling disappointed with the quality of the work. I don't know if the lady who did the work just needs more training or what but it definitely didn't live up to my thinking (and I'm by no means a difficult client). I probably won't return.
