I would definitely recommend Scott Doney Autos, on our first use of them they went way beyond our expectations in providing excellent service, on time & at a great price for both my grandson & me, they will be my 1st port of call for any mechanical work that I require in the future.

I have been taking my vehicle (07 Holden Rodeo) to Scott Doney Autos ever since I have owned it (6 years). I praise them for many reasons.
1. The quality of their work is excellent. I ask one thing of whoever provides vehicle maintenance is the assurance that the vehicle do what is expected. This has always been the case with the maintenance provided by this service.
2. Personalised service. I am always welcomed by Stuart and Angela and personal interaction with Stuart regarding issues of concern is assured. He gives me the time and takes a personal and professional interest in what I have to say.
3. High degree of competence. I recently had a major problem like accidentally putting petrol in my diesel. Need I say more. The matter was handled in a most professional manner with every component that required attention being dealt with accordingly. The vehicle is going better than ever. I also had a problem with the vehicle becoming a little hotter when towing a caravan up long, steepish hills. After a lot of effort the problem was resolved.
4. Staff will undertake research when dealing with a difficult issue. Stuart did some research when dealing with the petrol/diesel issue and discovered that Holden had recommended that the fuel pump and lines should be replaced in this vehicle. I really appreciate the extra effort that is gone to, to ensure that work undertaken is of the highest standard. I recommend Scot Doney Autos to any person who seeks competent intervention with their vehicle.

Another great experience of the Scott Doney Autos service today....I had concerns about my car after travelling through the dreadful storms this week - so much water and debris on the road. Scott and Joanne and team were amazing as always. They did a full check of brakes, tyres and steering and sent me on my way without a bill (despite my protests). They have my business forever!

The team at this local mechanical repair shop are second to none. They care about you and your vehicle. Nothing moves until it is perfect. Trustworthy professional and full of advice and knowledge.

You can trust that your car is being serviced professionally and that they are looking out to keep your car in good condition. Very professional business, Everything was explained to me before and after the work was done. They went above and beyond what other mechanics would have done, trying to source a rare part for my car at 4:30 in the arfternoon. And all this was done at a very good price. I'm glad i took the plunge and tried somebody new.

scott really makes sure that your car is safe to be on the road unlike alot of bad mechanics that let unsafe cars on the road happy with this mechanics

One of the best Automotive Workshops I have ever been to. Straight away I was made to feel like a valued customer and not like someone who didn't know what they were talking about. Nice change to not be overcharged because I was a woman too! The work was done quickly and painlessly.

This mechanic shop is great. I trust the work done by them and my family members say the same. Scott is a perfectionist and willing to help offering advice and assistance.
