WE recently visited Melbourne for a family holiday and stayed here. Our room was very stuffy and tiny.
The beds are comfortable and pillows to a good standard.
Very clean room
Staff were okay, though would help if they cracked a smile
NOt much on their Breakfast menu, they really need to make it more inviting. Very pricey for just a room

Fantastic!
The staff was amazing... so frindly and fun that we hanged in the funky PRIME bar all evening! We have stayed at this hotel before for a few years ago and wow what a change now when they have renovated. We loved everything and treated us to stay in their new nice spa suite this time. Loved it!

Let me just say when a hotel is suppose to be four and a half stars you wouldnt think the hotel would look like it would not be out of place in a warzone.
Listen i can understand that there are times when renavations have to happen but to put the people staying there out of place is pretty bad in my book.
The all you can eat breakfast yeah all you can eat if you dont mind cold food breakfast.Ill take a mc donalds breakfast anyday over that.

This hotel is rated four and a half stars, but they must have bribed the people who do the ratings! The room was adequate but far from 4 and a half stars. The elevators are ancient, you may as well use the stairs, it'll be quicker. Our room was not soundproofed at all, and all we could hear all night was the screeching elevator. Staff were unresponsive to feedback. You can stay anywhere else for the same price!

I have only stayed here once but my stay was perfect, my room was exactly what i expected and the staff were great.
