I have 28 years experience as a counsellor and coach, 15 years working online and in social media, and have been writing and publishing online since 2001. Over the past 15 years I have created strong communities online and understand how to harness the good in social media and utilise this to support and work with your clients and customers. I have managed a team, and numerous pages and groups on Facebook for many years, which has helped thousands of people. I really understand the “social” part of the social media picture and the ways that this must be strongly interwoven with the “media” component.

I am half way through my PhD looking at the experiences of pregnancy for women with type 1 diabetes who have accessed my online services and am developing even more knowledge around why people seek help around their health and wellbeing on the internet.

I believe strongly in the power of harnessing social media for good and will help you and your brand or organisation, to connect and grow your community via good content creation, smart marketing and clever use of social media and all that it offers. I have demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical results for your brand.
