Went here recently with family. Helped pick out some things for wifes 30th, they have such a great selection!!! If you want it, pretty sure they have it! Kids had fun looking at stuff too, Good enough prices. Will be back.

I am collecting items for my upcoming 30th, went into this place and they have such an amazing range. I was able to purchase a few different items for my cocktail themed birthday. Very happy. Might have to go there again in near future when I have the time!

Thank you thank you thank you!! We had our twins 2nd birthday this weekend and had a theme that was not a popular one but this party shop bent over backwards to ensure that anything we needed we got! The helium balloons have lasted now for nearly three days and all the products we purchased were perfect. Although we live in Cleveland, we would never hesitate driving to Northlakes as this party store is a one stop shop. Thanks again for making us feel that nothing was too much trouble and your suggestions were invaluable, and for a mother of four small boys thats rare to find. You have a customer for life!!!
Excellent store with a great range of products, balloons are great quality! And as a bonus, the staff are sooo friendly and would bend over backwards to help you. Been there a few times now and recommend to people quite frequently.

Purchased helium balloons for my sons birthday party. One in particular was a huge helium balloon which I picked up Thursday for Saturdays party due to Easter. It burst at the seams on the Friday :( I contacted the company via Facebook and they said no worries, come on in and we have another one here. When I went to pick it up they charged me for it! It was clearly a fault or they had put too much helium in it and it had burst. It was cared for and should of lasted longer. Very disappointed with the service.

Party Shop North Lakes takes great pride in all balloons that are inflated within the store. In this particular instance, the foil balloon had been inflated in excess of 48 hours and no fault was found within the seams. Unfortunately, the care instructions as explained to the customer upon collection were not followed and the balloon was exposed to higher than normal temperatures whilst the customer was baking (on what was already an unseasonable warm Good Friday), resulting in rapid expansion of the helium which resulted in the balloon rupturing. After explaining the cause to the customer, the customer was then offered a replacement balloon at half the amount she originally paid for it which she accepted.
