Julie has helped me with stationery over the last 10 or so years from thank you cards for my little girls birthday to address labels for my own mailings. She is professional and inspirational and fits in with my brief or offers suggestions of her own. My order is always supplied on time, often ahead of time and suitably packed to ensure I am delighted on receipt. Wow, what a fantastic company! I ordered a set of correspondence cards, a set of big note paper and two sets of address labels on Tuesday morning. I received an email from Julie not long after I placed the order to check the details on one of the address labels and received everything on Thursday. Julie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am so impressed with my order - the quality is very high and I can't wait to use it.

Note Couture was so helpful, I ordered the small note books for Christmas work gifts. I had quick email replies, order status updated and very quick delivery at the busy Christmas holiday period. Very happy with my purchase.

I have ordered from Note Couture a number of times in the past few years and given gift vouchers to friends and have always been very happy with the service and product. I love the variety of designs and the quality of the product is excellent.The only suggestion I can think of for improvement would be to offer an option to send items by ordinary mail rather than express post when it is not urgent and which may reduce postage costs.

Ordered some personalised to-do lists for workmates at Chrsitmas. I thought the website was a bit awkward, I wanted to look at the products available first rather than design or style, but perhaps it was just me? Delivery was amazingly fast, exactly as ordered, and a big hit with my workmates. Great service.
