I first started attending NMKs after having an injury and found that the remedial massages were a great adjunct to my physio. Whilst the process was not exactly enjoyable at the time, I felt great afterwards and it was such a relief to get some pain relief. I have been going every 3-4 weeks for the past year and have only ever seen the same therapist. He is great - friendly, knowledgable, frequently checks to make sure that the pressure is not too uncomfortable, but doesn't feel the need to make conversation the whole time. They have weekend appointments which makes it easier to find appointment times to fit in around my work and I start the weekend feeling great!

Lovely centre and most of the employees are really great. Be very clear about what you want - the staff have specialties and you can ask for a specific staff member when you book. It might take longer to get an appointment with the person you want, but the prices are a little dear so you want to be sure you get the right person to help fix your complaints. I especially love the custom pregnancy table and massage - these were a relief beyond description for me! You can tell them how hard you'd like to be touched - don't be afraid to speak up and ask for an area to be paid special attention. Love that opening times are also on weekends and outside of working hours to make the service accessible.

Excellent centre and most of the time better than a physio. They'll ask about you and let you know what they're going to do before fixing you right up. Its a little pricey but its worth it as you get quality. Just make sure you're clear on what you want and they'll deliver.

We were given gift certificates for massages at this parlor, and enjoyed the experience enough to book follow-up appointments! I thoroughly enjoyed the specialised pregnancy massage, complete with customised table with a hole for my baby bump, and my husband fell asleep to his relaxing massage in another room. Not the cheapest, but worth the investment.
