I have read the previous comment and agree that both Rickie and Craig were rude and uncaring. They ran the business so terribly that I was actually forced to leave, despite getting an overall great workout or change within my body from the pilates and yoga program I was assigned.

In January of 2008 I heard a group of girls from my work talking about Matrix they were to sign up. I was horrified thinking that they would be treated with disrespect as had I as soon as I signed up. They explained to me that their are new owners, and since the business has been taken over that people are happier. I took their word for this and ventured back into the studio to discover I could fall in love with the place again and signed up for a 12 month membership.

I write to tell you this because while things went down hill during craig and rickie's ownership, the studio, the instructors and the people are all great and worth every cent. And now the new team behind the scenes are great and doing a great job. I highly recommend.
