Kathy is a delight! A fabulous therapist, listens to her clients and great sense of humour as well. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Kathy for as long as I have been playing rugby - nearly 11 years now, including off season Cross Fit. She has versatile technique and experience to tackle any of the many injuries, lumps and bruises I bring to her table. Her deep tissue remedial massages are just what the Doctor orders after a huge game or Cross Fit session however she also has a nice light touch to ease tension and provide relaxation. Her friendly manner puts you at ease as she explains the reasoning behind the muscle strain and also offers stretches and alternative solutions as a take away to implement at home or at training.

Kathy has helped with my chronic back pain, and is able to contribute to my now pain free status. Her therapy also has helped mobilise my hip /gluts etc amazingly.
I have been extremely impressed by her ability, but also professionalism, friendliness and ability to provide a stress free treatment.

Kathy is a caring and compassionate therapist, who has assisted me to continue to work in an office environment despite suffering 2 collapsed discs in my neck and compression of the spine. Our fortnightly therapy sessions leave me feeling refreshed and tight muscles are loosened up. Most importantly, I am medication free!!! On top of that... Kathy is a lovely lady who I enjoy many laughs with.

I have had lots of massages that within a few minutes of leaving it felt no different than before. Well not with Kathy! She really listens to your ailments and knows exactly what is required to fix the problem. Myotherapy is more advanced than a normal massage, and in my case with very impressive results.
