Came here over 2 nights, to attend a private function.
Facilities are pretty good. Bar staff were quick to serve, despite the large numbers of patrons.
However, the food in the main public dining room was only fair. Had to queue to order. I had the garlic prawns which weren’t very hot and not very plentiful. At $31 I expected better. Disappointed.

I've been to the Hellenic Club several times for big family lunches. We usually go to the downstairs bistro area and it's great. The kids love having the pasta and salad bar and there are so many options for them. The seafood and steak items are generous and well priced. I love having the chargrilled baby octopus. Quick service and good food.

Good place to take the family and the kids room is excellent. Really fresh fish and the steaks are fab and well priced.
I had the snapper which was cooked perfectly. Always a very busy place!

I've gone here for many dinners with my boyfriend's friends when we got sick of the Vikings at Erindale. The food is reasonably priced and quite large portions but is usually quite packed so a wait is in order. There's very few spots to sit away from loud music/ TV's etc outside of the restaurants but if you are coming for a casual dinner I would recommdn

Went here for a fundraising dinner and the service was great, beautiful fresh food, majority of the staff were polite and friendly although some towards the end of the night were being very rude and displayed no manners what so ever. The decor was modern and comfy and they do have a gambling machines there which i feel that they werent really obvious to everyone walking in, and they werent that noisy either, compared to the ones in Victoria.

They have fantastic steaks here, the best I've had in any restaurant in Canberra. All their food is very high quality, I believe they subsidize the food with the money from the pokie machines, so prices are very reasonable. Packed on a Friday or Saturday night, best to book ahead.

The club that gambling built. This club like the many other clubs around Canberra do more damage to households that any other social dysfunction, and don't get me started on the tacky classical Greek décor. Oh and I don't care much for the food.
