Front gates with electric motor and keypads.
6 weeks late installing gates 9 weeks late installing motor.
Motor and keypads only intermittently work, we get locked in or out they get stuck half way. they are an embarassment to our property. Nothing has ever been done to fix them. One gate has actually fallen off now. 6 months later and still nothing has been done.

I had fences and gates fitted by the Bunbury branch in Nov 2011, very poor customer service and product quality, broken commitments, the list goes on. Basically don't use them !

Dura-Fenz are a joke only there's nothing to laugh about.
Poor Quality product installed months late after dozens of lies and excuses from the management, is the Standard Operating Practice for Dura-Fenz
Poorly installed job then after weeks of complaints an unacceptably low standard 'bodgey' patch-up job, Dura-Fenz then gave the run-around hoping I would eventually give up.
They demand a 50% deposit up front at the time the contract is signed contrary to Western Australian contract law and the fine print on the contract says all promised installation dates are "estimates".
Dura-Fenz then demands full payment before supplying the components and a sub contractor that may or may not eventually arrive.
Poor after sales service once the deposit is made deteriorates to non-existent after the full payment.
Only choose Dura-Fenz if you enjoy being ripped off and screwed over.
For a WA family owned business, they are inexplicably useless and deceptive.

Hear, hear! I'm going through exactly the same experience except that after 5 months, I still don't even have the installed product. If it wasn't so frustrating it would be hilarious. I've never been fed such a wonderful array of excuses for non-provision of a service. Ongoing......
We are having exactly the same experience at the moment. Our job is $6,500 worth, we have experienced rudeness, not returning any calls (except to ask for their money!!!!!) and the workmanship is appalling. I am surprised they can stay in business
I’m having the same problem with them Bunbury Branch: Started off moving out the installation date after I have given them the deposit, eventually turned up to do the job, insisted of having the money before the work was complete, then after I had paid told me that they hadn’t got all the material would have to come back, a week later turned up to finish the job, still missing a finishing strip for the gate. The guys doing the job left their beer bottles in the street after the left the job “good stuffâ€
I have complained about the workmanship and the fact that I’m still awaiting the finishing strip, even taken photos into the shop “nothing†what a bunch of wasters! Never ever use this company to do anything they are a disgrace.
