I have only just caught sight of my reflection and as soon as I saw my smile, I burst into tears.

I've not been able to stop crying yet!! I can't believe my smile isn't ugly any more!!!I can't believe I don't have to cover my mouth up every time I laugh.

I can smile for photos without feeling terrified!

I can't believe what a difference you've made! And best of all there was honestly no pain and I don't feel as scared of the dentist now.

Dr Zenaidy & Sandy, are both very good in what they do for the patients. Dr Zenaidy is vey good in what she does & explains what the job she is going to suggest will be perfect. My job was to have a bridging done to my front teeth & i am very happy with the results i would send my friends to see her anytime. One thing i enjoy is the music she plays just my style keep up the good work. As for Sandy she always greets all patients with a smile she is more then someone in reception she always follows up the jobs & returns your phone calls with the best outcome for the patients. Went to Dr Castro for dental check up and ended up having some white fillings work done. I had some white fillings done before by other dentists but they didn't look as nice as the works done by Dr Castro. Although I never done cosmetics work with her before, I could understand why there are a lot of good reviews about it. She did fantastic jobs with the fillings that they look very natural. Compared to the fillings Dr Castro did, my old white fillings done by other dentists look pathetic. Cost price is pretty expensive but about the same with other dentists in the CBD area. The dentistry is small but very welcoming. The staff are very friendly especially Gani, the dental assistant. They always greeted me with my first name and I feel like I'm a friend rather than a stranger. The dentistry always smell very nice and I love the aquarium a lot. It's beautiful to look at and the liquid rinse they provide to rinse after fillings actually smell and taste pleasant.

“I have seen many dentists in my life. Dr. Castro is by far “THE BEST DENTIST EVER”. It’s nice to know that the dentist you are going to wants to be doing this and not in it for the money. She has been great with my family and she is always understanding when it comes to finances. We are pleased she spend time to explain things. She even educate us on how to read our own big xray so we could understand what exactly is happening on our own mouth. She makes you feel comfortable too. Sandy and her nurse Gani are both very very nice and accommodating. Very pleasant staff. If you are looking for a dentist it is worth driving any distance for — I do and everyone I have referred to her has only called to say “Thank You” a million times.”

Dr Castro and her team are fantastic. They are caring, interested and nothing is too much trouble for them. Dr Castro has given me great dental care for years now. She is very kind, patient and understanding. She is a first class dentist and I would not go anywhere else now that I have found her. She can help guide you to a successful outcome when it comes to more complicated procedures. She also is so awesome at teeth cleaning, I have never had a better result than when I have used Dr Castro. She is such a good dentist and friendly to boot. Could not wish for any better, she is great. Highly recommend you try this surgery out. The whole team is great and they give you great service and they are not expensive. The Best.

Last month I was in excruciating pain with one of my tooth. I tried to make a booking to see Dr Castro, but because they are fully booked and difficult to get a booking, they we'rent able see me urgently on that day. I went to see another dentist. This dentist I went to in the city, diagnosed that I have an unsaveable cracked tooth. They said they can't help me with extracting the tooth as it is a complicated case. They referred me to see an oral surgeon but I have to wait till early December. I was in so much pain. I tried to call Dr Castros office again, this time they were able to fit me in for emergency. They have to reschedule their other bookings just to see me. Dr Castro have given me an option of RCT or extraction. I can't afford RCT so I decided to have the tooth remove. She removed the tooth then and there and took her only about less that 5 minutes to take the tooth out. I thought its a specialist job but she removed the tooth easily and quickly. I was so much relieved of pain and grateful for the emergency attmpt of them seeing me. She is not only skillful dentist, but very kind and empathetic. Sandy, the practice manager called me the following day to see if I was OK. Very caring office. Now I found my dentist for life.

I don’t think there is any question that this clinic is the best in the Melbourne area. Dr Castro is the most kindest dentist I have ever met. Very gentle and sensitive to my financial situation. The treatment she suggested were far less drastic, was almost thousands of dollars less expensive than previously presented to me before . I find her prices are so reasonable.. Although the office is small, typical of a city office, I really felt comfortable being that I was in a new place. Everyone was really friendly,and professional. The atmosphere was great.

For most people, myself included the thought of visiting the dentist procrastinates until we cant chew. The fear of the needle together with the possible drilling is enough to keep most of us away.

Until, however you are blessed enough to have experienced Dr Castro's clinic, in the the heart of the city. Her good-humoured and cheerful personality initiates a positive and calming effect on clients, like myself.

From her vast collection of smooth music, clients are able to choose songs that invoke a tranquil environment. Personally i felt like i was sitting on a banana lounge listening to Frank Sinatra or Rod Stuart somewhere in Nice (Europe).

Even the dreaded needle was unsuspecting until i was told, it had already administered and the process of numbing had began, i was still lost in Europe.

Dr Castro skill and gift needs to be also mentioned as i had been advised, by a previous dentist, from another clinic that there was nothing more that he could do for me in treatment.

Yet Dr Castro was was able not only confine my dental problem but she was also able to give me alternatives to fit my budget.

I, therefore highly recommend Dr Castro to all those who have had unfortunate experiences from previous dentist to pay Dr Castro a visit. Bring your sun classes and tanning oil if you can contemplate a trip to Europe whist you are being treated.

As someone who has spent several decades either hating or avoiding the dentist's chair, I can honestly say that Dr Castro and her team work tirelessly and with much TLC, passion and compassion to provide the very best of everything a dental experience should be. From dental nurses who ask what music you'd like, supply you with head and neck supports and always go the extra mile to make you comfortable in the chair to Sandy, the administration manager who makes you feel like you're truly part of a family. I have found Dr Castro's service as technologically up to date as any other in Melbourne, her prices are certainly well within the reasonable range (others will charge you more and offer you less) but ultimately it's the sense that I am more than just another customer that keeps me coming back, it's the feeling of being important. I even know the names and life stories of most of Dr Castro's fish! Do yourself a very big favour, take an hour or so out of your day and have a consultation... You won't regret it!

Dr Zenaidy is simply the best! She goes about her work in a professional manner - no fuss and about as near to painless as you can get. Her charges are very reasonable. I have been a client for more than 12 years.
