My wife cannot stop talking about her new DNA bathroom and how happy we are with it. She has been showing it off to relatives, friends and neighbours. Considering that our house is solid brick built in 1946 the renovation of the original bathroom with the addition of a toilet and the renovation of the separate toilet went so smoothly. Not to forget the temporary shower that was put into our laundry, brilliant! We intended to get a minimum of three quotes but after the second – DNA, we stopped. The professional approach and advice from Duncan on the design was of so much assistance to us. Rob and Daniel, and all the contractors were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rochelle and Sarah were so helpful and kept us well informed as to what was to happen and what was happening.

We renovated our out of date bathroom – completely striped it out and WOW what a difference! Duncan, Rob, Rochelle and Sarah were wonderful. All our concerns were met and good advice given. The time frame was spot on. We were impressed with all the work that was carried out. Just love our new bathroom!!

We had our bathroom and laundry completely renovated.



Our separate toilet room had the wall knocked down to incorporate the space into the new bathroom. Ceiling height was raised, plus new toilet, 2 vanities, new window, 2 new shaving cabinets and new open shower area. The whole room was re-tiled, new lighting, and under floor heating added.

In the laundry a new room was added for an extra toilet, new floor to ceiling cupboards, re-tiled and painted.

All that took just 3 weeks. The quality and customer service was outstanding (Duncan pre-sales and Rob during the job). The coordination between plumbers, tilers, chippies etc was amazing. Our silly questions / concerns were always well-dealt with and suggestions and tweaks along the way were incorporated.

At the start we thought about skrimping on some items, because we felt we were spending too much money - in the end we went for it and we are soooo glad we did. These guys are worth the money. Do it. I will definitely use them again.

Big renovation to a tired 60's 2 bed villa unit. Kitchen, Bathroom and moving internal walls to achieve a more open plan feel.

We got quotes from others including "high end" companies who claim to be smarter etc.

They didn't stack up to what was on offer from DnA.

We were immediately impressed by their punctuality and professionalism and competitive price which doesn't hide costs which others do.

Duncan and his team including Rob made great suggestions which we took on board and were so glad we did.

DNA were on time, on budget and went out of their way to achieve an amazing job. We are more than happy to recommend DnA and would be happy to show prospective clients our new dream home. Not only do we have a fantastic new bathroom and kitchen, but it has transformed our whole home.

DNA have just finished a complete bathroom replacement and all I can say is WOW! The bathroom is beautiful, functional and the standard of workmanship outstanding.

Daniel, our project manager was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and the pride he takes in his work is obvious. Having only one person to deal with made my life much easier, as did that fact the house was left spotless everyday.

The tradesmen were polite and each offered minor suggestions on how to improve our original design (none of which increased cost), resulting in an amazing bathroom we will enjoy for many, many years.

We were amazed at the level of customer service, the whole process ran smoothly and we were constantly kept informed of the progress. We can't wait to start our kitchen with DNA next year!

Complete strip out and renovation of a very small 1920s bathroom. The bathroom had been updated in the 1980s but didnot incldued a toilet ( which was still located in the old laundry off the kitchen). In addition to timber cladding on every surface, the tiles had been'cemented' to the walls and the bath waterproofed in asbestos ! Add to this the unexpected issue of the very old unstable brickwork with little to no mortar and the whole process had the potential to become the renovation from hell.. However Duncan and his team remained calm, kept me informed and dealt with each obstacle in a professional and timely manner.

The job,which I had expected to take 5 weeks was all but finished in four weeks with no delays or interruptions to the schedule in spite of the aforementioned issues.

Communcication was efficient and timley , wehther it be by phone email or text. The tradies were friendly , professional and cleaned up after themselves ( always important to a clean freak like myself).. A great team and business that I would recommend to any of my friends .. When the time comes to renovate my kitchen , I'll be giving Duncan a call!

"Just book DNA. It was the smartest move I ever made - everything they promised they delivered and more - from top rate workmanship, precision building, expertise in all areas as well as being immaculate and super punctual - I literally cannot think of anything I could not praise. AND they did it in a week less than they thought - imagine that!!

Their tidiness, good manners and transparency with costs as well as their big hearted but super efficient service was AAA+. If they seem a little more expensive - those costs are well and truly wiped out because it's the best you can buy. I can't wait to find another place to knock more walls down and build another kitchen! Just incredibly happy with the whole process."

Our bathroom was deconstructed, back to the studs, including the linen press (adjoining the bathroom but accessed from the hall outside). A new bathtub, vanity, toilet, and frameless shower were installed, with fully tiled floor and partially tiled walls. A new, larger linen press now occupies the space of the old shower. New lighting and taps complete the picture (although we're still waiting for the painter). We were assured that the plumbing fixtures would all be 4-star water-saving devices, and the waterproofing would exceed Australian standards. Duncan Stadler and the DNA crew were a pleasure to work with, and Duncan told us what was about to happen every step of the way. Every question was answered and every concern was resolved. We are very pleased with our bright new, more spacious bathroom.

They completely renovated and remodeled our bathroom and did an amazing job. From the great ideas and the detailed quotation to finishing when they said they would - nothing dissapointed. Duncan and his excellent crew totally gutted our old en-suite bathroom, and incorporated a further area into the new bathroom. All the work was done on time as promised, and any small queries were attended to immediately. It was a pleasure to have the men around the house, they were all fun and very professional, and all rubbish was cleaned up prior to them leaving the site. DNA Renovated our existing main bathroom and ensuite, increasing the the size of the ensuite and converting spare bedroom into a large walk in robe.

Demolish old bathroom, toilet and laundry. Replace with new rumpus room and combined laundry and bathroom, including new ceilings.



At last a hassle free renovations company with on-time and quality tradies! We highly recommend Duncan and his team based upon fab job they did.
