lovely staff that were very nice and helpful
Aussie pizza is so good we always order it, we are back and it has not changed.
Spaghetti bologness fettuccine is even better. Love it all! Good service.

Had a family-sized pizza at Cafe Corretto yesterday. Went for the Corretto Special. It was great!!! The base was crunchy yet melted in the mouth and the ingredients were all fresh and cooked to perfection (not overcooked as is often the case). And the staff were all very friendly.
I have been here a couple of times and it is always different whenever I visit. Sometimes it is good and other times it is not. The staff are not always friendly and can be quite slow. The pizzas have nice thin bases, which I like. However, they could be more generous with the toppings. Their pasta is a lot better, so if you do stop by I would try this instead.
Meal sizes are very large cost is a average, which is good, the wait for meals was about 10 minutes on a Wednesday lunch, all in all and good place to grab a bite to eat.
The pizza here is amazing. True Italian thin-style base cooked to perfection. Excellent coffee too. But the best part of Cafe Corretto is all the Ferrari memorabilia, including the replica F1 car hanging from the ceiling. This is worth the visit alone and the place really comes to life during Grand Prix week. A must visit.
Approximate cost: $15
Its an okay place to stop and have a pizza along bustling Lygon Street. I have tried the pizza which I found to be satisfactory, it was thin base and the toppings were not what i would call generous, it was passable meal.
the waitress who looked after us was very polite and friendly, she brought out our pizzas within a reasonable time (we told her we were in a hurry as we on work lunch break!)
I hate to leave bad reviews but this was horrible. Service was appalling. Though our waiter was 'friendly' we had to wait some time for service, not to mention close to an hour wait on our pizzas which were bland. My partner trying to leave some constructive criticism to the manager virtually walked away while he was still talking to him. We wished we spoke before paying as we would have walked right on out without paying after that treatment.
Great place to eat in Carlton - their flat base capricosia extra mushroom pizza is to die for. The staff are always very friendly.
This place has a Ferrari F1 car on the ceiling! That alone attracts people in and to dine there. It's been up and down over the years but it's ok. Check out the car, have a Pizza and do some shopping.
Approximate cost: $40
