We are a health and wellness centre designed to take care of your physical needs and your mental and emotional well-being. We run a therapy room specialising in massage therapy, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy and a coaching room for mind and body coaching. We are about health and fitness and teaching you how to be healthy.

As people are unique our approach from one person to the next may often be quite different and that’s the way it should be. Whether you are coming in for quick weight loss, weight management, stress reduction or learn how to destress, diet and nutrition information, to learn how to be healthy, relief from chronic pain or to find more balance in your life, we have an approach to suit you.

Services include Total Health Coaching: A coaching program designed to help you to achieve balance in life so you can take responsibility for your diet and nutrition and weight management. Whether you are looking for weight programs for weight loss, a weight loss plan or quick weight loss this coaching program will help you live long, happily and healthily. (SIDE NOTE: If you are not ready for real change in your life then this program is not for you).

Massage, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy: Massage services include therapuetic massage and sports massage for relaxation or muscle pain management. Massage can help with sports injuries or day-to-dy injuries such as back pain, neck pain or lower back pain relief. Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy are considered natural therapies although they are scientific in their approach. They produce a profound healing effect upon the body tissues, eliminating pain, restoring motion and releasing patterns of stress.

Please note we currently only offer a male masseur.

Personal Training: Brad has been a Personal Trainer in Adelaide for over six years combining fitness and health, diet and nutrition, and weight management tools to teach people how to be healthy and live life with more energy. All personal training services currently utilise the Goodlife Health Clubs site in the Adelaide CBD.
