We like that this began as a small South Australian internet provider and has grown over the years. We have been with them for our internet needs for about 5 years and about 3 years for our home phone on a voice over internet phone. Unfortunately our phone line drops out on a regular basis and we are unaware of this until we try to make a call or a friend advises that they have been trying to contact us. This is very frustrating. Another problem is that with the line down we can only contact them on the mobile, and with the waiting time, sometimes up to 30 minutes) that we (and other family) experience this is frustrating, expensive. I believe with a communications company completely unnecessary. Once you are connected to someone they are amazing. They will recall you immediately to save you the call cost and work with you until the problem is fixed. I just wish there was some way to email them and they call you back.
Apart from that we will continue to use them because when things are going well it is good - with a good product and price.

I have been with Adam for several years. I have found their products and services to be very good. The help desk can be left wanting at times but they do come good in the end. Most recently they helped me transition my internet service as a result of my moving house.

Agreed, I was with them for years and never EVER had an issue, moved house and had to become Telstra due to signal coverage, regular problems and so hard to get help. I'd happily stay with Adam given the chance.

Since moving to McLaren Vale, we've been confined to mobile broadband. Unfortunately the Adam AnyG (Optus) product barely works in our location with frequent dropouts and dial up connection speeds. We have since changed to Telstra mobile broadband with much improved connection and service.

I've been an Adam customer for about 6 years now and have never had an issue, they deal with my questions professionally and i find i hardly ever call them as you can contact them or find the info i need online. The few times I have had to call them the hold time was a bit too long.

I too use Adam Internet. If you send a question or need help with a problem on-line they always give an auto reply with a reference no. to quote if you ring them. Their charges are also about half what most of the others charge. I find if you do have to call them it is best if possible not to call during peak business hours. They will explain things in layman's terms, especially if you tell them you are not really high tech. in knowledge.

We have been with Adam Internet for over 7years and still incredibly happy with this decision. Very reliable service and on the few occasions when service issues - incredibly helpful customer service to resolve. Also helpful when our modem broke with competitive replacement cost. Unlike others I haven't found the service with Adam great. The product is fantastic - fast, reliable and reasonably priced. However I have found myself cut off due to credit card changes with no notification and trying to resolve the issue difficult.

Great service at a great price. I like that it is a SA company. Whenever I phone with a problem (and there are very few) the help that I received is amazing. They are willing to go through their advice step-by-step with you while working through the process. I certainly have recommended Adam to all my friends and family.

pretty good. Mostly the service is helpful. We have a voip phone with them which is ok. the website can be a bit confusing to get around though. Not quite sure about their email blocking services. I have had people that I've whitelisted still get blocked - can get frustrating.

I have only ever been with one internet provider, Adam, and i dont intend on changing anytime soon, i have been with them for over three years now, so i thought that they could of cut me some sort of cheaper deal for a long time member, hehe ;)

Cheap but nothing that makes you say WOW, I;d rather spend 30 dollars more and get a faster and bigger adsl2+ plan from big companies like tpg.
