I've been an Adam customer for about 6 years now and have never had an issue, they deal with my questions professionally and i find i hardly ever call them as you can contact them or find the info i need online. The few times I have had to call them the hold time was a bit too long.

We have been with Adam Internet for over 7years and still incredibly happy with this decision. Very reliable service and on the few occasions when service issues - incredibly helpful customer service to resolve. Also helpful when our modem broke with competitive replacement cost. Great, reliable service. Even better value with promotional offers available...

Unlike others I haven't found the service with Adam great. The product is fantastic - fast, reliable and reasonably priced. However I have found myself cut off due to credit card changes with no notification and trying to resolve the issue difficult.

Great service at a great price. I like that it is a SA company. Whenever I phone with a problem (and there are very few) the help that I received is amazing. They are willing to go through their advice step-by-step with you while working through the process. I certainly have recommended Adam to all my friends and family.

pretty good. Mostly the service is helpful. We have a voip phone with them which is ok. the website can be a bit confusing to get around though. Not quite sure about their email blocking services. I have had people that I've whitelisted still get blocked - can get frustrating.

I have only ever been with one internet provider, Adam, and i dont intend on changing anytime soon, i have been with them for over three years now, so i thought that they could of cut me some sort of cheaper deal for a long time member, hehe ;)

Cheap but nothing that makes you say WOW, I;d rather spend 30 dollars more and get a faster and bigger adsl2+ plan from big companies like tpg.

ADSL2+ Very fast, my account has been upgraded a couple of times over the years at no extra cost, very very cool. I use Adam Internet's ADSL2+ for home and business, it is a necessity for my work. If there are ever any problems they are always sorted out extremely fast.

Great internet provider. We use the naked dsl product which we find to be very good value. Great internet speed & very cheap local calls. Was an easy process to set up & the staff have been helpful with the couple of enquiries that we've had.

Adam is a very good inter net provider and they are very helpful if you have a problem. I am not all that savvy on computers but when I have had to ring the help desk they will explain things slowly and in plain English so it is easy to fix the problem quickly.

have been with these guys since the move up from dial up, and what a great time its been, only a few problems, but these were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. decent plans with awesome speeds

Since switching to broadband I find Adam internet gives me the best package to suit my needs and budget. Installation was easy and even though I have moved a few times they have always reconnected me quickly. Any problems I encounter have been dealt with over the phone

This provider has provided the house internet for at least 12 months. The speed is consistent and fast. Once in a while a breakdown of connection but it's no worse than alot others. Not the cheapest around but definitely one of the best provider.

Great, fast Internet is provided efficiently by this local ISP. The pricing could improve but the 24 hour support is definitely a plus along with the great billing services and bundling options.
