I was pretty disappointed by luke warm and average tasting coffee, but really enjoyed the slice that I got as well.

85 degrees always has nice, tasty and fresh cakes, unlike other places where you know right after biting in that it has been sitting there for too long. I like the valued Tea set, where you get a drink and one piece of cake(approx 10different kind for you to choose). Taro milk tea is my all time favour! and for the cake, I like mange panna cotta, blue berry cheese cake and mango puff. The green tea roll cake is also really nice, fluff and with the mochi in it. The price is reasonable, with nice service and even nicer cake.

well .... this cake shop location is very convenience. right in the middle of busy George street . they have a lot range of cakes and the design is very nice. the display of all their cakes always make u hungry but unfortunately the taste is just okay not that delicious. the one that i recommend is their tiramisu which taste much better that their other cakes. at least their cakes is not dry and the price is average. sometimes when i am carving for a cake , i always get it from here if i am otw to the cinema. :P

i can pretty much agree with the other reviews in that the cakes in the window look awesome. I bought one of the big coffee cakes. Did it taste as good as it looked, well almost, it was fresh and quite nice and really well packaged for the train trip home. They do have an interesting range and would try their cakes again.

Traveling to the USA a few times a year means we come back for a yearning for Red Velvet cup cakes Occasionally, and this place makes them pretty good, along with allot of other cakes, in handy in the centre, but don't fall for parking in the world centre car park like I did, it will cost you more than a whole day out for two hours.

Boy they've got all kinds of cakes which look insanely nice! someone else has mentioned how their pretty cupcakes don't taste as nice as the looks. The same goes for the bigger cakes.

They all look extremely nice, but small in size (comparatively, looking at how much you're paying). Was never satisfied with the taste. However they look real nice when you take of photo of em to post them on your facebook page.

My friend recently told me that 85 degrees is all about their salt coffee. I was like 'wait, what?', tried it once, liked it. I would go in to drink their salt coffee, but never their cakes. I docked the stars because of the price and the quality of the cake, seeing as that's the first thing you see.

Perhaps I may have given more stars if I knew this store as a 'salt coffee specialist' before I saw it as a cake shop.

Amazing cakes and cupcakes, they are beautifully decorated and delicious. It is very small but cozy!

Their cakes looks professional but the taste does not reflect its appearance. Though it's good for a nice bite and the big cakes are good for parties. They give you free candles, plates and cake eating slicers.

The cakes here are cute and look like they'd taste great but however, when I tried one for myself, the taste of it was rather disappointing.

The drinks and food at this place are great and rather inexpensive. Drinks here are cheaper than specialty drink stores and there is a good range of cakes and bread.
