These guys have very convenient opening hours and a good range of products -- great for those "oops, I don't have that ingredient!" moments. Some good specials. Overall, of course, a bit more expensive than the big competitors... but local, friendly and convenient might be worth more?

Good people who deserve more custom from locals, they are reasonably competitive with the "you know who- others" and often better priced on some lines....

The service is good with a wide variety and range of products. Don't shop at the multi-national duopolies, they will only cost more money in the long run.... KEEP IT LOCAL!

They are always friendly and helpful. My kids get a treat there, usually an iceblock and they always smile and tell them how lucky they are. Open early and never have out-of-date stuff there. The deli has quality fresh meats and olives. They always say hi and stop to have a chat
