We have recently engaged 2Masters for the past 3-4 months and they have been amazing! They are very prompt with their service, contact quickly, invoices are sent as soon as the job is completed. In mid December my old split system Air Con unit died. I contacted several certified AC installers to quote on a new install, they knocked me back saying the job was too difficult due to two sets of narrow stairs & the location of the internal unit, directly above a bend in the stairs. I found 2 Masters through a friend of a friend. A technician came to my home, looked at the job & said " yes we can do this next week" Their office sent me a quote: Supplying the latest Mitsubishi 7 KW. And installing it. which included removing the old 50 Kilo external & 18 kilo internal units. Two installers arrived on time & did the job. They were very careful with not marking the internal walls, they had drop sheets to protect the floor. They removed all the old stuff & cleaned up before they left. I can't say enough positive things about 2 Masters. Last but certainly not least they beat every other price quote for the Mitsubishi AC unit.

I had a 2.5kw and 6kw split systems installed, the guys did a very good job and attended to all my queries and concerns very quickly, when an issue came up they came to fix it an hour later. Great customer service from quote to email responses to installation and any follow up. Thank you.

My air-conditioner broke down on December 30 during a hot Melbourne day. A technician came out the same day for a quote and a brand new AC was installed New Year's Eve!! I was shocked, glad and EXTREMELY grateful!! A massive thank-you to your hard-working team for such a great start to 2015.
