went there for the first time for breakfast, and can say that i will happily go back again and again. have enjoyed their big breakfast quite a few times. very home-like feel to the cafe and iconic name. very happy with food, and service and definitely happy with the value.

food was really lovely. prices are fair but expected more on my plate. staff at times can be really good, and at times bad but if you can be a bit patient that's not a real worry. would not mind going there again though. they have a great location in bayswater which i would definitely stop at again.

This was really amazing. The staff was really lovely and decor and atmosphere gave it a really good feel. gives you a completely different feel when you walk into this cafe! it was just lovely and would recommend it to anyone looking to go somewhere for breakfast!

Was never a real fan with this but after being convinced to try it out, can't get enough of it. A nice healthy alternative that tastes absolutely amazing. If you don't feel like eating, this is a nice healthy meal replacement. RECOMMENDED!

overall the food is great, but i do find it to be a little bit overprice to what you get on your plate. (depending on what you order of course) but the service and food served is really good otherwise. maybe a suggestion to introduce a members card offering a discount to customers would lure me back in.

Had a chicken caesar wrap for lunch, and i must admit it was extremely well made. the cleanliness of cafe was really good and the way it was laid out was really inviting. I can't really comment on staff as we were the only customers in there at the time but overall the waiter was very helpful.

went there on a quiet sunday evening. virtually the only customers in the stores. ordered drinks. that was great. placed our order at the counter like your supposed to. waited 40 mins and wondered where our food was.. heard the kitchen staff starting to clean the kitchen! ask the manager and he was dumb founded and did not realise that we had ordered. Even though he was the one that took our order! really disappointing because the last time i was there it was really lovely service. until they change management, i wouldn't expect my next outing to be there.

I had my car recently serviced here, and found we was a bit abrupt. but still gets the job done right. could improve greatly on communication with its customer service.

received a full body massage. was really really good. I usually prefer a tough massage, and can approve that upper body and arms they did a wonderful job. legs and feet were pretty average. But overall, staff a very friendly and service that i was given was great. if I ever have spare time to get a massage this would be the place.
