If you are reading these posts and considering building a pool, please do your research and choose a company that will provide you will good customer service, respect your business and finish your pool when they say they will in the contract.

This are things we did not experience with Lazaway Pools.

Once we signed the contract it was an uphill battle. I honestly do not know if the contract they sign you up with means anything to them.
We went way over time, months longer than they were contracted to finish the pool by and it was a fight to get things done. We were charged extra for fees, soil removal, soil disposal, cave ins and materials - all without any approval. And our pool was built to a higher level than it was meant to be, therefore costing us extra with our landscaper as a large area had to be raised to meet the pool.
This experience of building a pool with Lazaway Pools was beyond stressful. We experienced bad customer service and were not treated like someone who is spending thousands and thousands of dollars with them.

After what we went through I would not recommend Lazaway Pools. I could go on about how negative this build was, but I hope there is enough in the posts here on womow to help people make an informed decision about choosing someone to build there pool.
