Friendly & helpful - I went to get my glasses adjusted and even though it took a few tries to get the adjustment right they were not annoyed and instead were very patient with me.

Friendly & helpful - I called them up to place a shoe on hold. The shoe was a sale item so they weren't really meant to hold it but the lady in the store held a pair for me till the end of the next day. I thought that was very nice of her.

Extremely friendly & helpful - I went to buy a bag but was very picky because I am very fussy about little marks or scratches on a new bag. I kept asking for a different one everytime I saw a minor scratch on the bag but the manager at the store was not annoyed at all, instead she was extremely friendly and told me that she would act the same way as how I would if she was purchasing the bag. She went through so much trouble looking in the stock room for that bag so I can have a few choices to pick from.
