Massive range of books and magazines,dvd's,cd's,tapes and a coffee shop too!! Good customer people and the choice of books is amazing.

Prices are not cheap as others but the range is better than others so as it is said - Quality is not expensive,it's priceless

An outstanding total experience!! These guys know cameras like no other retail store I have been to. Staff are top level in all aspects of their job - product knowledge,customer service and real listening to the customer. Price is negotiable on most any item and back up help is always available.

Have used ebay for seven years and have had one time where a US seller ripped me off,otherwise never been a problem. So much being offered by so many and almost always at good to amazing prices. Find things that cannot be purchased in stores anymore.

Requested an ADSL connection for my home internet and they were prompt and professional in all aspects of the install and explaining what to do and how. Pricing for their services is good as is the offered monthly download limits.

The store sells a wide range of toys but does need more staff and those new and the existing staff need to be better motivated. Overall though good experience.
