Eaten here a couple of times, once pizza in the late afternoon over a few beers, another time dinner. Both times it was a lovely experience, staff were attentive, prices were good value, food was very tasty, owner asked how things were. Lovely sitting out on the street over a drink watching life

Was arranged by the real estate to fix two faults with our stove top and oven. (Fix a broken fuse light and replace oven seals)

Took him weeks to arrive, he replaced the oven seal with a cheap one which broke the first time we used it and refused to fix the stove light as he said there was no point. I had to complain about the service to get him to come back and put another oven seal in. The second time he came promptly and the seal worked fine and didnt break but I would use this guy buy choice.

I had these guys sent out on a Warranty service for a Fridge repair. They came, looked at the fridge and thoroughly investigated the problem, were also very personable. Talked to me about what the possible problems could be and the solution. They came back, installed everything and again, were very friendly and polite and very clean.

After suffering a break in, we were advised to upgrade our Security. I rang Andrew on a Public Holiday and even though he operates across the city in Caulfield, he was willing to come to West Melbourne to do our job the very next day. He rang before to advise when he'd be there, came, looked at our security and offered excellent options to bring down the cost, He installed new security keyed it the same as the rest of the house. He was polite friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.

We had been robbed, the front door glass was smashed, our property manager organised them to come round ASAP. They called me and said they would have someone around within the hour, he arrived shortly and though he didn't have the right glass he went back to his office to get it. The Glass they replaced it with was higher quality and he was polite and friendly and respectful of the fact we were feeling really shaky. I would not hesitate to use them again

I was sore from walking around the market and shopping and in need of some pampering. I walked in and was seranaded by lovely relaxing music and a peaceful surround. It was very Thai. I got a half an hour foot reflexology massage and it was just the ticket.... I floated out of there very happy.

I went here as it was close to my Workplace on Eastern Rd in South Melbourne and my usual doctors was closed. I had a sports injury and had Dr. Rod Towie. He was excellent and thorough and gave me alternatives and costs as well as being pleasant to talk to. The surgery was not too full and getting and appointment was relatively straightforward. They also Bulk Bill in certain situations.

Have been here for coffee, both takeaway and sit down. The decor is lovely and Kitsch, like your grandmas Kitchen. The staff are friendly and hospitable, the prices represent fantastic value and the coffee is always delicious.

I shop here regularly for Beer, Wine and Spirits. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable about all their wines and beers and have a fantastic range. The prices are on par and sometimes better than the IGA liquor across the street. Friday evenings they have wine tastings.

Have been here to buy several parts for my bikes and to get my partners bike fixed after a crash, they provided an excellent service each time. Today I went in there to buy some paniers, they had all the stock other stores did, but also had more and were fore mor eknowledgeable and approachable to talk to about each product.
