BEST place in broady!! We used to visit every night we went out, my buddy Garry was the wolf for a while. Amazing entertainment and the staff are always smiling and friendly and cheap drinks. Great night out if your looking for something new and a great crowd!!

TERRIBLE, I was with vodafone for a year prior to moving to pacific pines and a year while we were here, I had NO service unless i stood on my outdoor table in the backyard. So basically i was paying for a service i couldnt use! I called pretty muchevery week for 2 months, gettting discounts here and there being reassured it would be fixed soon with new towers! After speaking to countless supervisors they finally let me end my contract without having to pay it out. NONE of the operators know what they are talking about, you sit on the phone for up 2-3 hours at a time and none of them speak proper english!

p.s the vodafone reception is still NOT fixed in this area 2 years later!

We had foxtel before we moved into our new place and had to switch to austar.

Channels for everybody! love that you can switch your subscription whenever you like.

Love that we could watch and record programs at the same time and the movies are cheap also.

The only problem we ever had was when the weather was bad sometimes the channels would cut out but i spose thats beyond their control.

Great customer service, no waiting in long queues over the phone. Price isnt too bad either.

The staff are great here, very helpful, they offer honest advice and dont mind that the kids run wild in there :/ Didn't know about the rewards program until one of the ladys mentioned it and it a great money saver! The store is always nicely presented and clean and early opening hours perfect for before school!

We signed up with origin a few years ago after the previous company we were with upped their prices. We didnt really do much research on origin but it was one of the first companies that popped into mind when we decided to change so we called them and what they had to offer was cheaper than the other 2 companies we had called so we went with them. after our first bill we received a letter saying origins energy rates are going to increase from this date. We stayed with them until we moved 9 months later. No real problems just disappointed rates went up not long after we signed.

i used to swim here alot when i was a teenager. The diving boards were great fun! We also used to take younger cousins so its good for all ages with the baby pool. They have a little canteen that sells hot food, snacks and drinks ect all for a few dollars and the showers and changing rooms were clean. The staff are helpful and responsible. Perfect location right off the highway in the centre of southport, i think it is due to reopen mid next year. Will be perfect for summer as there is a waterpark and bbq area close by now.

Had all 3 of my children here. My first born was 7.5 weeks early and had to stay in hospital for just under 2 weeks in the SCU. The midwives and nurses were so supportive and caring. I had to leave the hospital after a week and travel daily to come visit her and it was a reassuring feeling to be able to leave your newborn overnight with them knowing they would take good care of her. Great advice and services available to new mums and believe it or not i actually enjoyed the hospital food.

We havent had much luck with our childrens health, alyssa my eldest contracted Swine flu and pneumonia at the same time 2 weeks before i gave birth to my son, so we were both put into isolation for a few days. Then my son rolled down 20 wooden stairs when he was 1.5 and split his head open on the corner of the bench when he was 3. My youngest daughter ended up getting whooping cough when she was around 4 months old and every visit we have made the staff have been exceptional and im very grateful.

Drive through feature is excellent for those times your in your in a rush and need to keep the kids quiet in the car! dont know how many times after school ive taken the kids here and they are like angels by the time i get them home! great service and friendly staff. And they give generous scoops! yummo

We got our last dog from here. unfortunateley she was stolen from our backyard so is no longer with us. Staffy x pug named georgie- she was beautiful. The animals they shelter there are housed in a clean environment and the staff is welcoming and kind and their efforts are much appreciated!!
