The book kitchen is actually just down the road from me but I travel an extra 5 minutes to get to my preferred coffee shop. If youre the pretensious type who doesn't care about good coffee and wants a waiter/waitress with an attitude than this is the cafe for you. But if you want good coffee and good service go somewhere else.
