Ice creams are nice, and the sundaes are beautiful too, has a good selection of light meals too, the spuds are yummo...however last few time we have been was craving a hot choc fudge sundae, first time was advised no choc fudge...but second visit she didnt even say there was no choc fudge, she brought it out with choc topping instead, was not impressed, was charged over $9 for ice cream & topping that I could have got from home. And the hours over summer need to be extended, they close @ 8pm which is too early.

We had a problem with the heating in my car, was able to have it booked in the next day to be looked at. The part was ordered & installed 2 days later. Excellent customer service - they actually did call me to tell me what was going on & told exactly how much would cost. The cost was very reasonable for the part & labour. Will definately return - thank you!

I think these guys have the best chinese in Traralgon. We love getting take away from here, it's ALWAYS delicious. The fried rice and spring rolls are yummy! The kids love the fried chicken with sweet & sour sauce & hubby loves the noodles. Great quality food, good service & always quick! Give them a go....mmm now I feel like chinese for dinner!

The service is always slow when we have been here (drive through & dine in). And numerous times there has been no chicken, or no rooster rolls...which is annoying! We dont go here very often, as nice a red rooster is sometimes, it is very expensive to feed a family. On the plus side we love the cheesy nuggets, they are the best! Yum!

We have been going here for many years, the doctors are all nice. They have recently added a whole lot of new services which are great. There is a skin clinic once a week where they can check for skin cancers. You can see a nurse for a pap smear rather than a doctor & my fav is the on the day clinic. If you have to see a doc & you know it will only be short you can book in for this. The appointments are only about 5 mins & the doc will only help you with the 1 thing (ie/ medical certificate, colds/flus, gastro, but nothing complex) which I find great because i hate booking a regular appointment when I know I will only be in there for a minute or two. The waiting time is greatly reduced, they are normally on time (very unusual for doctors!) & you can be in & out fast.
They have plenty of toys in all waiting areas to amuse the kids too which is great.

We have 2 small kids & decided to take them here....the price is good value for what you get....it's a small park, which we found good for the kids as you dont have to spend all day walking around. You can get up close with the animals & to get a photo/personal encounter is a very reasonable price also unlike other places we have visited...
The keeper talks are also short & to the point which again is great for the kids who have a short attention span!
The food & coffee is the cafe was delicious & not overpriced. The staff were all lovely.
The kids loved the mini golf with the pirates. The only thing I can say that was in need of attention was a few holes of the mini golf that just need a bit of maintenance...
We had a great time & will be back again. Excellent value for money!

These guys are excellent value, really nice, efficient & easy to gert in to see. Although they are always busy they always have a space for a service (normaly the next day) or to see what's going on with your car. We have used these guys for our car servicing for over 5 years now - highy recommend them!

We were here 9am Saturday morning, there were 2 guys working, only 1 other customer & myself, took over 5 minutes to get 2 coffess & 4 donuts....the guys were too busy having a chat about cars behind coffee machine. We stopped going here because the service is always slow...and still is unfortunately. They need to get a better system going...

We eat here often, it is the cleanest fast food resturant we have ever been to. It is always spotless, there are never dirty trays left on tables or mess you have to ask to be cleaned up & the toilets are always clean also. There is plenty of seating & the playground is great for kids with clean tables & chairs out there too.
The staff are always friendly & the quality of food is great too. If you are ever in Traralgon stop @ Hungry Jacks!
