It was expensive. The staff were experienced but quite uninterested. The shoe quality was amazing. I wouldn't quite recommend them to a friend. I'd direct them elsewhere.

When I first adopted my dog he had kennel cough from his long stay at the Renbury Farm Shelter. I was concerned and took him to see the local vet the next day.
The receptionist was very bubbly and helpful. The vet was professional and told us to keep the dog warm and comfortable and the cough would go away without antibiotics because that's bad for the dog. It did!

This is am update after a few years:
My regular vet practice now. They really care.

The staff are unmotivated but informed. The store is well stocked in some things but not others. The prices are around the same as other independent pet stores (a bit higher than department stores) but the quality is decent. They also support local shelters and foster carers. It's one of the only pet stores in that area.

The food quality is fantastic. There's no other way to describe it. It's perfect, it's tasty, fresh... fantastic. The service is good but sometimes it gets very busy so you might have to wait a while on busy nights. They're great, highly recommended.

It was a newly opened business in the area so I thought I'd try them out with just a simple cut from having a grown out side fringe into a straight fringe.
They took about 3 minutes to separate a couple of odd fingers of hair out and then just cut them. It cost $25 and I did not enjoy the experience one bit.

It's a small shop and it doesn't have the best interior but the staff try their best to please you and give you fantastic value for your money.
