We went in looking for kids furniture but really liked their kids doona cover sets. They said they'd order in the ones we wanted and give us a call when they arrived. That was 2 mths ago and since then it has been me who's done all the calling - it's taken 5 calls so far. Every time I complained they PROMISED to call me back, and sadly never did. 'Hopeless'. Then out of frustration I have cancelled the order to get a refund on the goods. I've just been promised the 'cheque is in the mail'...let's hope it is!

We've just spent a week at this caravan park. Whilst it's very pretty and has good, clean facilities, we found the camping sites way too small, and therefore it's noisy right up to the 11pm curfew. There's a 7 day minimum booking in peak periods (which doesn't make sense - if it's a busy period, surely they can book the sites on a nightly basis), and kids entertainment was provided by a church group which drove through the park in the morning with a loudspeaker. The toilet block was very clean though, and it's a friendly place, but with so much competition, we'll try another caravan park next time.

I was after wallpaper for a renovation, and the lady said if I ordered that day, there was a chance that it could arrive in 2 weeks instead of the estimated 2-3 weeks. On that basis, I took the risk and placed my order. It has been 4 weeks now and it has not arrived, nor was I advised there was a delay. I called and the phone rang out, sent a message via the web form which they didn't receive.

Having spoken to them yesterday, they said they said they are 'too busy' to contact customers about every delayed order. I would think that considering the nature of their business, it would be important to let customers know when a product is not available so they can plan accordingly. We set aside time each weekend to do the wallpapering and the wallpaper never arrived. Being so hard to contact only compounded the situation.

I've just had the most exquisite fascinator made for the Cup this year. Wanted something fabulous to complement my outfit and Jodie created a gorgeous vintage fascinator which is just amazing. Great service, quick turnaround, couldn't be happier, so much better than buying something off the shelf at Myer. Highly recommended.

I hired a capsule for a weekend from Vermont. Their service was as to be expected, the product was fine. Nothing stand out but I would use them again.

We have been getting both cars serviced with Surrey Hills Automotive Repairs for 3 years now and have been very happy with their service and prices. We trust them to do a good job and they are very fast.

We used Admin Angels to put together a direct marketing campaign to obstetricians. After struggling to fit it into our busy schedule, we asked Admin Angels for their help and they were amazing. They did a high quality job with no fuss, and well before the deadline we gave them. As a result, the campaign generated us almost $1000 worth of sales in the first week, we were blown away. If not for their help, the direct mail campaign would still be nothing more than an idea...they 'made it happen'. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Terribly disappointed with this company. They underquoted the cost to repair my Engel fridge (I was originally expecting around $200, they quoted $475 which I agreed to and when I went to pick it up it was $540. I complained about the higher price when I went to pick it up, but to no avail. It took 2.5 weeks for them to turn around this job and I had to keep calling them. I cut them some slack as they had a funeral to attend but I would have thought 1 week would be enough time to fix it. I told them I was not a happy customer. Certainly will not use them again.

Have been going to Leora for many years, and have always been very happy with her service. She and the staff are very friendly and the facilities are first class, they are in a new building with all new equipment. The premises is always very clean and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Serviceman turned up quickly and on time to fix my leaking washing machine. Established it was a leaky door seal and charged me for the service call. Had to call them a week later to find out where the replacement part was, but they resolved this issue immediately, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Customer-service is very important to them.
