They are great...They explain everything...and discounted
our glasses...

we have been going there for years and will not jettison them
for a cheap commercial place.

The Service is just wonderful...They know my kids names
sometimes its worth maybe paying a little extra for service.

parking is great because most people in shire are going to Miranda
Fair.

They are not pushy at all or just trying to make a sale.

The ladies are great...great service and they know their
product which they are often wearing...

they often have great specials at great prices my only beef
is the type of materials they use do not last longer than maybe
a year. I have had items pill but I wear 80% of my clothes 100%
of the time...unlike most people who wear 20% of clothes 80%
of the time...

They have a VIP card that gives you $50 after you have spent $1,000 in
a 12mth period...which is not something I will ever get to..

you can also buy things online where they load lots of clearance items.

Firstly getting to them is a problem...you can only get in on side of road travelling from Capt Cook Bridge to Caringbah...and getting out is often a problem. We have had probs at time
with parking but a short wait we get one.

The prices are cheapest we have found in Sutherland Shire. The Staff are very knowledgeable and will point us to a cheaper way to buy. They are also very friendly and the range they offer is quite vast.

They have only once not had something that we wanted...they tried to source the item but were unsuccessful...we have purchased items for birds, rabbits & fish.

they seem to stock goods for everything from snakes to crabs.

Okay my pet peeve is Service...

These people do not know what service is...We were looking
at lounges...it was like we were invisible..

and the cost of what was available for the quality was not
good...

and yet we have friends who shop here again and again...

We did not buy here and will not go again.!!!

The factory shop used to only be open fridays from 1pm...

its now open 10am to 5pm mon to friday
and 10 to 2 on saturdays...

in the factory shop they sell discounted items where the label has been damaged
or torn...some items may be too close to use by for supermarkets...

their olives are eaten so fast in this house a use by is no trouble.

The shop girl is lovely and parking is usually not a problem although
the electricity people are up grading at moment (July 11)...its fascinating
to see the big barrels and the smell is like stepping into another world...

so what you want may not always be available...but they are really knowledgeable
and will source stuff if you ask..

I love these guys...even if I'm not sure what a gizmo is called
they seem to know what I want...

The ink for my computer is cheapest here...and they always have
in stock...

My son the computer Genius swears by them...if they don't have
what you need in stock they can get it for you..

We take all our aluminium cans here...they are most helpful and price is
on par as far as we can ascertain...parking can be problematic so picking
a non peak traffic time to go is to be encouraged...

My child is the one who collect cans for extra pocket money and they treat her
very well...she loves going...it is messy and there are often fork lifts scurrying about so
if children are really young keep them next to you and hold their hand...

need batteries for a camera as gift on Christmas day...the gentleman behind the counter suggested one..we bought a few.. and come Christmas day...the batteries were dead...ALL 3...
fortunately some one else had one that worked and they saved the day...

went back to shop with batteries & receipts and "sorry madam...we can't help you
you may have used them between when you bought them and now"...

will not go there again...

My son has BIG FEET and needs ex large large steel capped boots for oh&s reasons at work
this place has them for a reasonable price and its close to home...parking is impossible in the Sutherland Shire but I always find parking either in their parking spot or close by.

They stock popular brands and after 3 years of using them he has no complaints...

They have a complete and total range of flours, oils, vinegars, jams and condiments from Oz, UK, Europe, Asia and south america.

So much to choose from if your looking for it they have it if they don't they will source it.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable...

I can buy some of it cheaper elsewhere but I haven't found the range elsewhere....

its cheaper if you buy in bulk...last time I was there I bought lemon infused oil for $6...the same size and product cost me $10 at easter show from the manufacturer.
