Delicious little cakes where you have the option to choose fillings such as custard (my favourite!), coconut, chocolate and red bean. They are freshly made right in front of you and taste divine. Great snack for when you're craving something sweet.

Delicious authentic Thai food. Pad Thai serving size was very generous and filled me up very quickly! Moreton bay bugs were also delightful, I only wished that there was more meat. The service was prompt and very friendly.

It was late at night and there weren't many restaurants open down Gouger St. We stumbled upon Ying Chow, and assumed that it would have good food because it was filled with diners.
It was quite cramped inside and the tables were quite oily. The menu options seemed appealing but once we received our food, they were anything but that. The Garlic prawns cost around $20 and for that price I was expecting more. I was so disappointed to be served 4 prawns that had simply been covered with garlic butter! The pork belly was also a let down and the fried rice was very salty.
The only good thing was the friendly service. We won't be back.

Best Pho I've had in Adelaide so far! Very generous servings and lots of meat added to their combo beef noodle soup. Their combination broken rice is also very filling and tasty. The service is friendly, however, quite slow at times and they often forget our drink orders. Nevertheless, delicious well-priced food - I'll definitely be back.

My partner and I had a Groupon for a 2-course meal for 2, including steamed rice and a choice of soft drinks or wine. We paid $35, which was half the regular price. The restaurant is located in a quieter area - just a 10 minute walk from busy Gouger St - and thus there was ample parking at the front. We booked ahead and when we entered, we were greeted by the very friendly wait staff and our drinks were instantly served. The decor was very modern and inviting, however the atmosphere was quite dull.
A few minutes later our mixed entrees were served, including satay chicken skewers, dim sims and spring rolls - which were very tasty.
Our table was then cleared and shortly afterwards our mains were served. We had the Imperial Amber Prawns and Sizzling Pepper Beef with rice and both dishes were excellently cooked, with just the right balance of flavours. We were very satisfied with our meal and would definitely recommend Ming Room. Efficient and friendly service!
