I signed up with NRMA and took advantage of their 21 day no payment policy and the option to cnacel if I did not want their service.

They did not want to offer me an agreed value for my 2004 Mazda, they wanted to give me way under the replacement value. WHich I agreed as I thought it would be a cheap insurance company.

During the cooling off period I found that real insurance would offer at an agreed value, and not charge extra for a hire car if I was involved in an acident, even though it was my fault.

I like NRMA but their deals need to improve, I switched and moved on to Real Insurance with a saving off over $200!

I went to Bright Eyes as I lost my sun glasses and needed a quality pair to wear when driving.

I asked the store owner many questions and found a pair I really liked and asked the girl if I could see how dark they were.

I offered my wallet as security as it had my drivers licence and ample money to pay for the sunnies if I tried to do a runner and she agreed that I could pop outside.

I returned about 1 minute later and purchased them. I even got a discount!

After using "Rockhampton Boarding Kennels & Cattery" (see my other rating) I needed to find a clean cattery and stumbled on Holly's Hideaway Cattery.

The people here are fantastic and the cattery is very clean and safe.

Our cats looked sad to leave after spending time there!

We were living in Rocky for a 6 weeks and had to come back to the Sunny Coast for xmas. We had problems trying to find a cattery and found this one that was available.

We dropped the cats off without seeing their living arrangements.

We were horrified to see how dirty it was. It stank when we picked our cats up.

We never went there again. Have a look at my second experience with a cattery to find a decent one in Rocky!

I wented thru this real estate in Rockhampton for one year. I found them easy to deal with and they did not worry about inspecting the house regulary.

After there first visit, which was funny because I forgot about the lady rocked up and said she is here for an inspection and I was like come again?

There was one arranged and I forgot. I said please come in but it is a bit of a mess and the lady looked round and said if you clasify this as messy then I would hate to see it "clean".

They were really friendly and extremly helpful in finding me a house to live in.

I stayed at this motel for 2 nights when I was working up at Rockhampton. The business is run by a couple. The guy is very nice and pleasent but the lady was quite rude when I asked for a change of room.

The shower in the room leaked and after I had a shower, when I would return from work there was a layer of water over the bathroom floor. I looked at the shower and noticed the tiles were broken.

When I approuched the lady she was rude and she said well you don't expect 5 star when you pay $65 a night.

Well I have stayed at places that around this figure before when travelling for work and they were a lot better. It was meant to be 3 star but I would say it wouldnt even make 1.

I ordered a cake from this store for my wifes birthday. We got a small slice of the cake we liked and went back the next day to enquire on getting that as a birthday cake.

The lady who served us were extremly helpful and explained the options available.

It ended up costing us about $27 and that included writing on the cake for free.

We brought one a few weeks before for a friends brithday from the cheesecake shop and it wasnt as good and they charged $5 for writing.

Next time you want a birthday cake, I suggest this store over the cheesecake shop.

I went into this store about 4 months ago to buy a new TV. I received advise on brands and looked at some non branded TV's.

There was a few brands I have heard off and I asked the sales person about the benefits over certain TV's.

They helped me choose an excellent TV and I managed to haggle $and get a discount off of the price of the TV. Was 1140 delivered and I got it for $960 delivered.

I went to get my hair cut because I needed to look my best for a interview. The waiting period was quite quicl and the service was fantastic.

I waited around 20 minutes to get my hair done. I found the stylist very professional and was very friendly. She was a real nice girl to have a chat to.

I have found people at this store extremly friendly and very good at understanding your requirements.

I went to this store to buy some new fish products for my tank. They are extremly helpful and have a vast range of pet products.

Although you can buy fish from other pet shops cheaper I have had no problems purchasing fish to populate my tank.

The advice is extremly helpful and they recommend the right fish to mix with my other fish.

I am going back there today to get some more!
