I used to buy all my furniture from the op-shop because I didn't think I could afford brand new things. I'm so glad I discovered IKEA! There is heaps of parking, a massive range so you can get everything in the one place, and everything is easy to put together (and I'm NOT a handy person!). I managed to redecorate my entire 2 bedroom apartment for just under $600 and I will definitely be going back for upgrades. Joining the Ikea Club thing that they have also gives you free tea and coffee during weekdays, and their coffee is soooo good!

We just adore buying our food here. On Saturday I purchased a croissant from the deli shop right at the end of the food section (opposite the pasta and sauces place in the corner) and it was easily the best one I've ever had. The atmosphere, the selection, and the quality makes it my favourite market in Melbourne. My partner and I go just as much for the experience than anything else. Parking can be an issue so we go a little bit later in the morning once the first wave has calmed down a bit

With the heatwave in full swing, my partner and I rushed in 10 minutes before closing to try and buy a fan. Of course, fan's are hard to find all across Melbourne but the staff were very patient and indulging of us. We ended up buying a huge outdoor fan that sounds like an airplane taking off, but it does the job and they bought the price down by $110 of the RRP even though the sale was closed 15 mintues after closing time. We never felt like the staff were waiting for us to leave even though it was a Saturday evening and we were impressed with the professional service we recieved

I just adore this place! It's relaxed, groovy and the food is always brilliant. When I have friends over from interstate or out of town I always take them here to experience a little slice of Melbourne culture. Love the little garden in the back, but my favourite bit is how friendly and cheeky the staff are - definitely still professional but without the rigid formality that makes places stiff. You can have a laugh with these guys! Try the prosciutto wrapped chicken, it's amazing every time

I live almost across the road from these guys, but I'm so exhausted when I come home that I usually just order a delivery anyway. These guys are fantastic about it! They turn up really quickly, and the food is delicious every time. I used to get a bit of attitude from other pizza delivery guys in the area, and it's the last thing I want when I'm exhausted after a long day. Very professional guys!

These guys are amazing! I see Carly but the entire team are incredibly friendly and they often collaborate between them to determine the best possible result. I first went to them after a bleaching DISASTER from a previous hairdresser, and I honestly thought it couldn't be fixed.... But they completely transformed my hair! And they didn't charge me at all for the trim and semi they put in my hair the next time, as it was considered part of the follow-up from the original appointment. I have never had a regular hairdresser before John Morrey but now I won't go anywhere else. The service is above and beyond and they have the skill set to back everything up. I see them for style cuts, dip-dye ombre colour and product recommendations
