I called the call centre to sort out a bill that had been overcharged, whilst the lady on the phone was lovely, my problem did not get sorted out and they said they would have to call me back

I had to do some banking for work and i walked in there at 11.30am and there was hardly anyone waiting, only one person in front of me so they were fast at serving me and the person that served me was very professional and helpful.
