I went there for dinner with my fiance. We highly enjoyed our meals. The service was polite and quick. Would highly recommend the vegetable curry puffs as an entree. We also ordered as an entree prawn crackers with satay sauce, we had a few prawn crackers left but had run out of sauce, I asked for extra sauce and they brought me some (free of charge). The mains were very nice and a big serving size. The restaurant is also well decorated, nice lighting and calming background music playing. Will return.

I work in Craigieburn and live about 15 minutes away. On the way home I thought I would try La Porchetta. I bought the meal they had two pizzas and a garlic bread for $21.90. I came home and opened the pizza box and started eating the pizza when I saw a hair. On my first slice. I then turned on the light looked at the pizza and saw two big pieces of hair on top of the pizza. I then called the pizza shop straight away and explained that I lived 15 minutes away but I took a picture and they said I could come back in tomorrow to get a refund. He initially offered a replacement pizza but I said, I did not want to eat the pizza and wanted my money back. They agreed. I went in after work and spoke to the manager. He asks "Where's the pizza?" I said I work around the corner but I live 15 minutes away and I called yesterday as soon as I got home and I proceeded to show him the picture. He didn't even look at the picture. He then said, "I can't give you a refund without the pizza". I replied, "I wasn't told to bring the pizzas back with me yesterday on the phone" The manager refused to give me a refund or offer any resolution as I didn't have the pizza with me

I went with my partner as we are new to the area and my favourite restaurant food is Thai. I ordered a Pad Thai but honestly, I did not like it. I took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. The staff were excellent and replaced my meal with a Green Curry. That was better, a bit on the spicy side when I asked for a milder version. Contrary to my experience my partner really enjoyed his pork dish. My partner will go there again.

I walked into Pacific Epping shopping. My partner looking for clothes. We walked into Mason & Holt and they sell Myer brand clothing such as Reserve and Maddox. We are really happy about this as the closest Myer is 30 minutes away. They even accept the Myer One Card but no Myer Gift Cards. In addition, we were at Myer the previous week and my partner he bought a pair of reserve shorts was $40 reduced to $30 and in Mason & Holt they had the exact shorts but discounted to $21. The selection of clothes was good and they had a wide range of sizes - I saw sizes up to XXXL. We ended up buying a few items. Will be back.

We ordered, two ice creams (2 scoops each), iced coffee, hot coffee and a cake for $25. The ice cream was soooo good. If I lived closer I would be going more often. It was busy but they still let me try a couple flavours of ice cream and were very polite. They have outdoor seats, great on a hot day, eat ice cream and enjoy the sunshine.

I went there today with my fiance to get ice cream and milkshake. I asked to sample the ice cream as we hadn't been there before. I asked for the banana and the person serving gave me a small sample as you normally get. I had a tiny bit, but didn't like it. I gave a small amount to my fiance who also didn't like it. We asked to try the chocolate. He again only gave usone tasting spoon with a regular tasting serve of ice cream. Which tasted okay, but on the bland side. And then I wanted to try one more, the cake batter as if I was getting ice cream I'd get two flavours. And I was refused, saying two tastings was the maximum. Considering there was two of us, so you can only try one flavour each? I thought that was poor customer service and no there was no one behind me in line. I will continue to buy my ice cream elsewhere. Also I guess they pick boring ice cream flavours because you are expected to add toppings to it.

This review is for Laurie Dee's Hamburgers & Frozen Custard, Epping VIC

I've been there a couple times. I've had the sloppy joe, cheeseburger and the Laurie Dee single patty. My husband has also had the regular fries, chillie fries and the double bacon burger. We have also had the frozen custard desserts. Personally the desserts are a big win. They are big as well so you can share one.
As for quality of the burger, it tastes great. Its very juicy and lots of yummy sauce and fresh ingredients. It is a little on the greasy side, but it is an American style burger your eating not some low fat burger. It's great for a treat.
I wrote the value as 3/5 as it is expensive for a burger. I went there today and I just ate a Laurie dee single burger. My husband a double bacon burger and we shared a regular chips and it cost us $23.10. We didn't buy any drinks mostly because I always carry my water bottle, however they do sell drinks and if you buy a large you can get unlimited refills. So, if we do buy a drink we would share one. They have a variety of flavours even Portello. If you like cold rock then give the desserts a go. I will be going back

I called them with severe wisdom teeth pain and I asked them if I could see the next available dentist. I went in and filled some paperwork and then went into a spacious room where the dentist spoke to me and then looked at my wisdom teeth and the x-ray. He said he could remove all four in the chair today. I agreed. I had all four teeth removed in 45minutes. I went home and healed fine, my mouth didn't even swell. I didn't even use pain killers after the first day. The only reason I gave the value score of 3/5 is because they are not a preferred provider for ANY private health insurance companies. So I ended up forking over $700 for my teeth after my rebate instead of $450 if they were a members choice. The dentist was very nice, informative and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning and seeing the same dentist.

I called up the previous day with severe tooth pain. The receptionist said to come in at 9am and collect a referral to get an X-ray and made an appointment for me at the dentist at 10am. I went to get the x-ray but due to long wait I didn't arrive at the dentist till about 10.15am. I was then given paperwork to fill out and then proceeded to see the dentist. She asked me what was wrong. I said I had wisdom teeth pain. Before she even looked at the x-ray or my teeth, she said I need them removed. I was looked at for approximately 2 minutes in a small cramped room. She told that one of my wisdom teeth was infected but did not provide me with a script for antibiotics as most dentists would. The dentist did absolutely nothing 'because I was late'. Then said I could come back to get them removed. I never went back. I went to another dentist and had them removed in 45minutes in the chair.
