Very tasty focaccias. Was almost tempted by the slices on display but decided to be good. There are a few different varieties of focaccias on offer as well as other sandwiches and food. Toasted chicken pesto focaccia was very yummy.

This review is for Brown Alley, Melbourne VIC

I believe the place is a restaurant during the day, however at night they host club events, including international DJ acts. Whenever I see something I like announced at Brown Alley I cringe. The venue is quite large and usually only has 3 toilet cubicles (depending what area is open) for females. The worst thing is there is no air. It is hot no matter the weather outside and the only escaping is outside in the smokers area. The place always feels packed too and you're always squished up against someone.

If there's a hole in your wallet this is the perfect place to go to get a hearty feed. There's a selection of vegetarian and vegan food in baine maries which is all organised by volunteers. Once you've eaten there's a donation box where you pay what you feel. There's options to eat both inside or outside in the sun.

This review is for The Mercat, Melbourne VIC

Downstairs at the Mercat really is a dark dingy basement, where you can barely see the person next to you through the smoke and dark lighting. Beware to not wear thick clothes as you will be sweating in 10 minutes and there are only two toilets for the girls so expect a wait. There's always a decent monthly party plus other monthly international artists.

Always good to spend a night out at Guernica. Whenever I go there I feel like I'm in a forest, there is even an in wall cabin and chair swings hanging from the roof. Drink prices are average Melbourne price and entry can be a bit steep when there is an international playing.

Video Busters has many options available, they even have gelati and slushies which are good on a hot day. They also have good sales when they are selling their second hand DVDs.

The staff here are lovely and truly care for all the animals in their care, including my two fluffballs! As they were young they were kept offsite at a ladies home who looked after them until they were old enough for adoption. She cared for them like her own kids.

Have eaten in once and had take away a few times. The time we ate here in a group was a bit of a shambles, main bit being that some of the meals weren't warm and the dishes didn't have much meat in them. The take away you get is quite a large portion though, a lot more than when you eat in. The food overall is pretty food.

Came here with a group of about 10 for dinner. The service was quite quick especially seeing as there were quite a few of us. The food was delicious, everyone was very satisfied by the end.

One of those cheap variety shops with everything from pots and pans to ceramic cats. The store is pretty cramped though, just enough room for two people down an aisle. The store is quite cheap as well, but remember the less you pay the less quality you get.
