I have been to this doctors twice. Both times to see the tongue tie specialist. Both my sons were born tongue tied and was referred to this clinic to see a specialist. In 2010 there was only one doctor who was able to release the tie. She was nice and relate-able. Now in 2013 there has been another doctor trained up to do this procedure. Anita was very nice and took the time to access the situation. She talked with myself and husband to make sure we knew exactly what was going to happen and explained the risks and to make sure if the release would help with breastfeeding. The procedure was done within a minute or 2 and nothing was prolonged to make this worse for bubba. Bubba was fine nearly straight away with minimal bleeding. This clinic was very professional and made this experience as easy as it could be, however daunting the procedure was.

I found this business online and purchased a few small items. I went to pick the items up and was greeted with a very friendly owner. He helped me along the way choose out items for my new fish tank set up. He helped me understand what the products did and advised on cheaper products if the more expensive range wasn't necessary. I bought a 3 foot fish tank with a stand and hood for cheaper than you can find tanks alone for. So great value for money. They had a huge variety of fish and other pet accessories on offer. When loading my purchase into my car a sales guy was there to load it in for me as at the time I was heavily pregnant. Everyone had a smile on their face at this store and very friendly.

I only purchased on thing from this store online. I got an amazing 500ml bottle of water conditioner for the fish tank for only $29.99. That is amazing value. It was quickly posted to me and the communication from the business was great, they told me every step of the way what was happening with my order. No complaints here :)

I love Costumebox.com.au so much, not only do they have great value the product is at your door usually the next day, now you can't beat that for service!! This is an online company and have never had a problem communicating with them. They have a rewards program so you can get in on special promotions and deals. I have bought so many costumes from this site for myself, my son and husband. The size accuracy is spot on, being a lady it is so hard to judge sizes online, on this site the label might read one size but they will surely tell you in description if they think the sizing may be a little off, making it easier to purchase and no need of returning for an exchange.

I have been to this aquarium a few times and found the customer service great. With a really large variety of products for not only fish (including reptiles) I spent hours in here looking at all the goodies. I bought plants here for my fish tank however I mustn't of planted them correctly as they kept floating up to the top. I also bought a fish from here which was in great health. You can see they really look after their fish and makes sure you know about the fish you are purchasing. The light and driftwood I bought for my tank were of great value also. Beats any pet store hands down

Gem candles is a very generous business, I first heard of them while they were promoting their business through a sample give away, the candles are amazing and beautifully scented. Not only were we given a sample to try but also a voucher on our first order. Love the candles and fully recommend to anyone who likes an aroma in their house.

The fruit and vegetables vary quite alot in this shop. Sometimes they are very fresh and crisp and then other times the produce looks like its about to go off. The value however is great, its the best value I have found thus far. Just keep in mind however that you will have to buy what looks good rather than what you actually went in for as the quality isnt always up to par. However the produce is great for soups etc. The service is so so. It depends on who you get. Some girls don't actually smile and greet you which makes you feel not important. I just shop here for the value not the experience.

Alana is just WOW. I first saw her work on facebook and loved her work. It wasn't until I won a competition that I finally had a chance to witness her talents. Alana works out of her home studio which is very well set up and is nice and warm for the kids (especially with changing clothes) She is great with kids and very patient. She allows a few hours so you know you are important. The quality of photos that came out of the first meeting were so cute. I recently had a newborn shoot with Alana which included the family. She was good at settling baby. she makes you feel very relaxed and welcome. The family shoots that came out were simply amazing. Her packages are of good value as well. For cheaper than Pixie photos I was able to get all edited photos on a CD, and the photo shoot, where as I paid $150 more to only get 15 from Pixie. Looking on her website you will see the amazing work she does. I think being a mother herself helps her take great kid shots. I travel from Thornbury to Cranbourne to see her for my photos so that is how much I love her work.

I have had 2 pregnancy 4D ultrasounds done at this location. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by reception and a comfortable waiting area, however small but seeing they only have one room operational you will ever be only one in waiting area. The have a few baby stuff on sale but overpriced. The packages they offer are great and the cheapest I have found in Melbourne. They also offer a 10% discount (just go to their website to find this) Once you are in having your ultrasound in a nice room with a couch for your loved ones to sit in and toys for the little loves of our lives already to play with to keep amused. The lady was very patient and suggested a few ideas to get baby to move, she was gentle with my tummy when she was trying to make baby move. The images were also displayed on a big screen live so it was easy to watch. Alot of images are able to be taken and given on a CD which is ready for you before you leave. They also give you an option to record the ultrasound and provide music to go along with it. I did this for my first and it was beautiful. I highly recommend this the place to get any 3D/4D ultrasound done :)
