I pretty much knew what to expect product-wise from The Body Shop as I am familiar with their products, however I felt that this store was a little over the top "customer service" wise. I know this may sound strange, but I find it very annoying when after asking me if I need any help, a service rep doesn't allow me to browse in peace when I've told them I'm having a look.
The store was lovely and well maintained. The customer service reps were polite and friendly, but I just would like to have time to browse before making my purchase in peace - I'll ask for help if I need it. I did not need to have someone "hover" over me and point out the particulars of each and every thing I looked at - it ended up making me leave the store as I just didn't feel comfortable.
