I tried the mince gozleme last night ... Delicious. And the owners are so lovely! also the Stuffed Eggplant, $6, which was served at room temperature, a tangy tomato filling, very refreshing.

the ramen is good. It was one of the better tonkotsu ramen broths I have had in Sydney, a little short of being a 'magic' ramen moment, but definitely the best value ramen we have found in Sydney at only $8.50, including googie egg. We must admit we have had better noodles, it seems you just can't have everything when it comes to ramen.

Here you get three choices on rice, around $8 meat depending. The lady will ask if you want some curry chili sambal and some curry sauce over the rice. Just say yes.
Also should try Bakmi Gaja Mada - Indonesian Egg Noodle Soup, a dish we first fell in love with in Jakarta, this one is delicious. Lovely thick yellow noodles. The chicken and mushroom pieces are lovely and sweet, we guess they have been cooked in kecap manis, sweet Indonesian soy sauce. It is served with fried wantons, veggies, fried onions, broth and basko (meatballs) on the side, I like to pour the soup onto the noodles. $8.50, very happy.

Cheapest eyebrows threading I think, its only $5. they are also good at the shaping of the eyebrows as well. it just they are located so far, that makes me go to another place in burwood. but, i do like the place and the girls are just very nice.

Have to try the chicken satay, very rich in flavour. Also tried the nasi Kampongboy, which has a little of everything: chicken or beef sate; fried chicken; a couple of prawns in light curry; ikan billis; a little salad; half a googy egg and coconut rice.
Approximate cost: $14
Tried the Chicken Hainanese rice. though its not as tasty as I hoped, it was not soo bad. but the prawn noodle soup is much better, served with deep fried king prawn which was cut in half. the soup was tasty.

Excellent place!!! Big portion, good taste, not too oily. And have to try the shish kebab, absolute mouth watering dish and very value for money. It is also halal restaurant
Approximate cost: $10
The staff was rude and so unhelpful, kept trying to push you to get a much more expensive one. Even though I can see they have pretty nice and fresh flowers, but I will not go back there, better to go to somewhere else where I am valued as a customer, not just to provide income for the business
Approximate cost: $75
Great food and quite good value for money! Make sure you get the set! We usually get the normal rice not the special rice. Food is full of flavour! If it is busy, service is a bit slow, understaffed though friendly but it is definitely worth the wait. Side dishes are served when the main meal is about to come. The food has never disappointed us and we are regulars here!
