Came in for lunch. Could easily find a table for four at the front. It was fairly busy. They had a lunch menu board from the front. The meals came out within 10 minutes (drinks came out in about 5 minutes). Three of us had the open steak sandwich (about $14 from memory). Nicely cooked but a bit hard to eat with a fork and knife. The garlic butter on the bread was nice but was hidden amongst the other flavours. There were too many things and flavours going-on in the sandwich - a case of less is better. The other person had a vegetarian risotto and apparently it was good. I had a chai latte. The frost was tasty, but it was lukewarm and still had some chai latte powder at the bottom of the cup. Overall, a nice place for lunch in quaint little Bega.

It was really good overall.

Getting an appointment was easy. There is an email address that you can use to book an appointment, however they took days to get back to me. I recommend getting the appointment by phone.

Next, I received notification of my appointment by SMS. I had to call back myself to confirm the appointment, which annoyed me a little (would have preferred they called me).

I had an early morning appointment. The place was a bit quiet, not busy. Arrived early, filled in the paperwork and my appointment started on time. The dentist (Dr Sonal Magar) was nice, friendly and professional. We did a quick run through of my medical and dental history, then the dentist checked my teeth REALLY thoroughly from holes, checking up on my fillings and wisdom teeth too. Had an x-ray done ($34). Then it was time for the clean, which was really thoroughly done as well. The x-rays were then checked and the dentist gave some really good advice as to how I can best look after my teeth. Then it was out to the front desk, where I paid and then booked for my next appointment in 6 months time.

Really nice place. Good service. Can't really complain :)

Very good dining experience in Canberra. The restaurant was a bit empty when we went. We were a group of 6 walk-ins and they could accompany us quite easily. The server was very, very polite and friendly. Good sized menu with pictures too. Entrees were about $5 to about $15 from memory, and mains were upwards of $13. There was a lunch menu and a kids menu as well, plus desserts with a range of teas.

I had the spicy rice cake entree, which came out within 5 minutes. Very spicy and tasty, and reminded me of the rice cakes I had in South Korea. Maybe too much peanut oil was used though. Mains came about five minutes after that. I had the Dolsot Bibimbar with mince beef. Not a lot of mince beef, but very good otherwise. My friend had the octopus version and it was very hot. Not for the fate-hearted. The Bibimbars came with free miso soup (which was a little salty for my liking) and free kimchi/bean sprout/something-else-pickled sides.

Overall, a good experience. Very good value Korean food in the heart of Canberra.

Approximate cost: $15

Great place to party if you are an uni student on a budget. Near the ANU, it has cheap drinks and food. Five levels too with a variety of ways to party. Good music to dance to. A lot of public servants there on a Friday night too I've noticed, but oh well. A lot of fun overall.

A nice little cafe in the beautiful John Curtain building, ANU. Located near the front entrance, this seems to be very popular with the medical students and staff. Fridges full of all sorted beverages, plenty of healthy drinks options (like fruit smoothies). Nice seating with tables of newspapers and magazines to read. Service was good. Enjoyed the hot chocolate.

The value was average, $3 for an average sized hot chocolate. The drink was alright, but didn't really have a chocolate-y taste. But the service is a little hurried. Very short and too the point, which I found a little rude. Didn't even say thank you. There are a range of coffees and teas (including chai) available. Cakes and other goods are available too, though I haven't tried them.

A good place. They seemed to bounced back from the health inspection shutdown last year. Good service. Nice and quick. Value okay. The ribs we had (a special) there were good. The hot chocolate was good also, not too sweet.

Very good value. Had the beef lasagna when I ate here. Very good, though the mince was a little too salty. But the cheese sauce was tasty and the whole dish was well prepared. Sat outside and the atmosphere was great. A little dark inside, but the theatre vibe seemed great too. A great place to eat on ANU campus.

Amazing value for money (got free prawn crackers as well!). The lemon chicken is a must, a little sweet, but still is very tasty. Great service too. I'll be back soon :)

A good experience, even for people such as myself who don't like heights. Though when I went, there were some bogans deliberately shaking the platform which didn't help my nerves. But the view was amazing and well-worth it.
