I had a terrible experience trying to get business brochures designed and printed. The graphic designers designs were terrible. Didn't match the feel or colours of my website, the front didn't match the back, the photos were cropped in funny places the visual look to it was all wrong and I am no graphic designer. I told her how I wanted something, it was done so bad and completely drew your eye to it as it was in the foreground when I said background. Then I gave her a sample, which she copied but didnt keep the changes that I wanted to the sample. Grrr. The turn around time was supposed to be 3 days, and it was over a week. Didnt send through proofs when she said she would. I cancelled my order and will go somewhere else. Hope they dont bill me for what shes done as its going in the bin and I'll start from scratch with another company.

We just used the public pools which are lovely, and smell divine and natural! There are 5 pools including a cold water plunge pool, and the rest are warm. The atmosphere and natural surroundings are superb. We went in peak season and found it not too bad people wise. The main pool was very busy and the littler ones not so bad. Would love to try a twilight swim!!

We are doing Tod Squad here for my son and he loves the class as they are mostly unstructured and a lot of play while learning. The kids are able to go down the slide into the pool and dive for toys on the bottom before they are 2 years old. Some of them can jump in and turn around under water and bring themselves up to the edge unaided. The classes run from newborn.

We enjoy going to this pool and in fact drive there to do my child's swimming lessons. The hydro pool is great and warm, and not crowded. The main pool can feel a little chilly but not bad. The change rooms are basic but do the job!! There is also a diving area and trampoline for people to train on, its amazing to watch! Always ample parking.

The pool and facilities were clean, but you don't get much bang for your buck. Pool water was nice with the sea salt water, and I think you pay for the view as you can see the sea out of one set of windows. When we arrived we thought you got to use an outdoor beach pool and a few other things for your money. All there was was a lap pool that was so crowded you could hardly move, let alone swim!! Disappointing.

Approximate cost: $12 I think per adult, plus parking fee. I think it was about $40 for 2 adults for a swim.

Lovely friendly staff, with great food and coffee. The best part is the cakes. We used a whole cake from here for my 30th as we loved the slice we had so much. Was raved about and still the best cake I've ever had. Only downside is the price is expensive for outer suburbs, more like city prices.

Lovely indian food. However, when we opened it we were all like 'wow do you want any chicken with your sauce?" Lots of sauce, with a few chunks of chicken so it seemed expensive for what you got. No added vegies, was just chicken and sauce. Luckily wed added a vegetarian dish so we had something else. They messed up one of our meals and gave us something we didnt order (Chicken Makhana instead of Butter Chicken). Bit annoying as we didnt check until we were home, however the chicken makhana was still lovely. AS for going back, maybe in a couple of years or so but not as a regular place to eat.

These guys are really friendly and helpful and will tell you how to cook something to perfection. They have a good range. Opened til 6pm. Helpful with selections if you are unsure.

This bakery has the best sausage rolls I've ever tasted! Really yummy! The value is pretty good, as they are right by Monash uni so have priced everything for uni students to be able to afford it. My child loves the spinach quiche.

Got a lovely bouquet to cheer a friend up. I asked for an exact same bouquet as one on display but if he could make a new one that didn't have the lillies opened already, he said that was no problem and promptly made me a matching bouquet. Was beautiful! Gave my son a free balloon to keep him occupied.
