It had been a while since I'd had a haircut but I knew I wanted a basic trim with a little bit of pampering. I rang on a day over the Christmas break and found that they were open and actually had an appointment that day. I had Aleta do my hair that day; she was very friendly and did exactly what I wanted.

I have used Dr Tony Prado as the birth paediatrician for both my children and have nothing but praise for him. He goes out of his way to explain things to you and never appears anything but calm. The waiting list to get in to see him is usually weeks in advance, however he still has time to go over to the hospital at short notice even with a full-on appointment schedule. I highly recommend him.

We commissioned Dave & Karen to do our wedding photos after we had had them do our engagement photography, which we had won in a competition. We were so pleased with our engagement photos that we immediately hired them for the wedding. We paid a lot more for the photos than we expected but that was only because we couldn't cull down and choose between all the shots that were taken (our wedding album weighs 8kg!). Dave captured a lot of special moments on our day and our favourite picture is an impromptu one taken overlooking the Brisbane River. We would definitely recommend Dave & Karen for your special day.

I visited this business on a recommendation that it provided great quality gluten-free takeaway items and that recommendation was right! They have a separate preparation area and separate cooking oil so that those on a gluten-free diet can have burgers, battered items and crumbed items, etc. I had gluten-free crumbed fish and chips and it was so good. For someone who remembers how "ordinary" food tastes, it was extremely close to the original! Top marks!

I admit to being a bit of a skeptic when I first started here but I knew I needed to do something about my back. After your initial diagnosis, if your back is really in a bad way, they recommend an intensive twice-weekly program, which tapers off to a weekly program, then fortnightly and so on. They are also the first chiropractor I have heard of who actually gives you exercises to complete to complement your treatments. That has been the big seller! I highly recommend this business!

I took my wedding bouquet here and I found Amanda to be extremely helpful, going though all the options I could do with framing and how the final product would look. She is highly recommended.

My husband & I recently went here on a much-deserved night out without the kids and had a great meal. The wine we chose was excellent, the meat was cooked perfectly and they were able to cater to my gluten-free diet. Their dessert was yummy! It's not the quietest place, but we still had a great time.

My husband & I recently asked this business to make a bed base for us, using both a diagram and parts of the original bed base. They have made this base to a very high quality, using moisture-resistant wood and making each piece of wood fairly thick so that it supports our body weight adequately. We couldn't be happier with the finished result.

We recently stayed here on a weekend stopover and rented out a self-contained villa. The staff were very accommodating in supplying a portacot for our little girl to sleep in. Our villa was in a good, clean condition. The park is very clean and had a nice playground area for my son to run around in. A great stay for someone like us on a budget.

We found this electrician through our rental agency. Our landlord had had some work done on the house which we were very happy with, so when a light switch broke from our own doing, we called this electrician to fix the problem for us. He managed to fit us in at the end of the working day and was in and out in a matter of minutes. He is very friendly and proficient at his work. Highly recommended.
