Varied menu with options for a variety of tastes, burgers are generously sized and tasty. The chips are excellent also, and the decor is cool in a funky way.
Suwan Thai is a good solid restaurant, curry puffs were excellent as a starter and mains were both comforting and healthy tasting. Went here when it was freezing outside, and it was pretty warm in the restaurant. Well decorated, but a bit loud.
A nice place to pop into for lunch to grab some sushi, a bowl of miso and a drink. As well as their in-house stuff, they also carry brought-in snacks which are worth a look too.
Excellent pizza with the ability to add extra toppings. Haven't tried gluten free but available. A easy online ordering system and nice, modern decor.
Charming restaurant tucked into a corner of battery point, featuring a varied menu with pretty much everything I've tried being very good. One particular dish of note is the Aloo Parotha in the breads section, which I always try to get.
Good quality Indian food for eat-in or take away. Good breads and curries (some better the next day, as curries can be: a benefit of the take away option). The decor is more on the functional side.
Nice (although dark even in the middle of the day) cafe with beach views. Food is good with good range, although it can be slightly on the expensive side.
Went here on a set menu day, and it was pretty chaotic. My meal was off-menu due to restrictions and fine, but those on the set menu were less than impressed. The staff appeared overwhelmed.
The decor is nice/quirky and food generally fine. Menu is slightly unbalanced in terms of variety, and at least one of the two times I've been my plate has arrived already cold. The perennial problem of 'not enough berries per pancake' appeared a bit also.
Yummy pizza, with a limited but tasty vegetarian range. The new refit of the premises has reduced the eat-in area, but it looks nice. The garlic pizza is a standout.
